I came in a couple of times to talk to the account manager but never could. I have called to talk to her but they always end up phoning the same worker who does not do the insurance stuff. The lady at the front desk in that office was busy with residents but made time for me. The account manager closed her door and did not come out. I went to see my brother who had questions about his bill who informed me that the activities lady is always there and so is the money lady and case worker but the account manager does not "go out to people she tells the others what to do" I guess she is too busy. Anyway, my brother loves the workers and nurses. The facility is older but the staff is nice. I havent met the administrator. The day I was there they had two men in the office with the door closed. My brother says that most of the people in charge are nice, some are too serious. They remember my name which shows they care.

Everything was great for my brother during his time there he bonded with some of the CNA's real well. The issue my family ran into was after my brother passed away. The lady who we spoke with about his final monies/payment did not know enough about the check or balance to direct us on cashing it to pay for his service. We fought for over a month to be able to figure out how to cash the check. We ended up calling another nursing home for help because after a while the lady in the office no longer returned our calls. If she was trained better I'm certain she would have done better.

My husband was in 5 different assisted living/nursing homes before finding Greenview Manor. The staff are helpful and he seems to be more content than he has been in the last 5 years. The staff notifies me of any problems and they do a review of his care plan about 4 times a year. The staff and I work together to get the best care for my husband.

I have been in health care for over 35 years , I have traveled to many places , new and old facilities. Greenview Manor is not perfect but we have some of the most Caring and compassionate staff here” We all do not hesitate to pull together is a crisis of any kind when needed “ Happy Glad to be a part of this team””

My father was there for almost 4 weeks, he was not given his medicine, was in the same clothes for days at a time even slept in them, the place is so filthy I don't understand how it's even open! If we would of left him there, he surely would of died. He was getting very depressed just being there and being treated like he was non existent. Some staff was very kind but the head administration was rude and treated family of the patient horribly! Really seemed like she only cared about filling a bed and collecting his checks! We moved our dad and within 24 hrs he looked and feels a lot healthier and is definitely happy now!! Would definitely NOT recommend!

My husband went for rehab at Greenview Manor. He was there for 11 weeks. It was good because he improved well enough to come home. He goes back up to visit, and I think that he speaks very highly of the staff because he visits the staff. There are a few patients who are still there and were there when he was. The staff is great to have. They were very good with me. They communicated well on his care. There was one nurse who was just excellent. She was really good for me and for him. The nurse and the nurse's aide who go by there to see him were just very responsive, very caring. They listened to the patient, but they also reported to the family. They were very professional, very competent. They held a meeting where all the staff, the rehab guy, the nurse, the CNA, and the activities director all got together and discussed a care plan. I couldn't ask for any better.
