I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I have my mom there for almost 2yrs and half. It was real nice going there and see the patients around the activity room doing something. Lately I have noticed that they are not doing to much. I used to go around 2 and they here doing activities or playing something. Lately I have seen the patients playing by them self around 2 and them from there they go play bingo. Before, after having bingo the would had happy hour or other things like tasting food they baked there for them. The other day I hurt a resident complaining that they don’t do to much an more. They used to have a lot more residence coming to play or come to happy hour. I thing the activity manager needs to do more again. The other two ladies that used to be there were a good team and work real with the residence. They got reed of one that used know what she was doing. Mel is not doing her job like she to it before.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My wife is in Towers Nursing Home, and I visit her there. She is doing great. She is friends with the staff. Apparently, they are taking good clinical care of her, better than I can here at home. She has a roommate. She has a bedroom. She has to have help to get into a wheelchair and be wheeled around. It is not fancy, but she has a television set and some decorations. Basically, she is happy right now. It is a much expensive facility, but the staff is all-good. She is always very clean. It is a good as I can find in here. The facility is always clean, and the staff is always friendly.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

Mom is at Towers Nursing Home for four or five years now. We go once or twice a year to see her. Predominantly the staff and the nurses are really good. Anything comes up, they call me and we discuss it. We tried the food there and it wasn’t too bad. The sanitation is really good. I make it to a point when I go there, I never show up at the same time to see what is really like. They have a van service for the residents. She is happy with the staff there. Overall, it's all pretty good.
