I had an in-person tour of Sage Spring. I walked through the cafeteria. Everything was nice and clean. The room and closet were a little small. I wasn't quite sure that it would accommodate everything that my friend had. It was a single room. The staff was great, very informative, and professional.

It was gorgeous. It was nice. I loved the amenities that they have for the seniors. The lady during the tour was very nice. She gave me all the information that I needed. It's brand new, so it was very clean. Everything was immaculate and just pristine. On my initial visit, the paperwork was a little confusing. I understood it, but I had to call back and get some more information.

I was only able to tour the assisted living. They didn't have the memory care unit opened up for tours because they had some COVID patients. The place was very clean and open. One of the things I did like was that it was positioned back in a neighborhood, so it's not off of a busy road. The courtyards were really, really nice. I didn't get to experience any of the food, but the menu looked good. Everybody was really friendly. I liked the fact that the memory care and the assisted living were connected by halls; that was nice. The facility was fairly new. They had a salon and a rehab room. It was like restaurant-style dining there. They had all kinds of activities. They provided me with a sheet for activities for the week. They have church services on Sundays. They have movie rooms and open wet bars, where they can get stuff to drink.

It was very clean, bright, and open. Everybody was very friendly as we toured. I only have positive things to say. They offered drinks during the tour. They have a director of activities that's there during the day, every day, and they have games which vary depending on what the residents are interested in. They have a courtyard outside where they have plants, which my mother is interested in. They have music, live musical instruments, and they take them out if they want to go like swimming, and things that the residents are able to do.

It was under construction when we visited. But it's a large 1-storey community which is important in any kind of senior living. My mother is getting a 1-bedroom with an extra room for her sewing and crafts, and has a nice living room area. Her room opens up to a courtyard with flowers and everything. They've offered us the opportunity to go to one of their other locations to try the food. The construction isn't even done, but I really like the layout and I think it's a very pretty place.
