Chapters Living in New Braunfels

My husband moved to Chapters Living in New Braunfels. The meals are good. I didn't like that his bathroom hadn't been cleaned in 3 or 4 days. There's a ring around his toilet, and I'm like, of course, it's been the holiday and they spent Christmas, but what's more that I don't like, they don't have enough staff at night. What I liked about Chapters Living in New Braunfels was they also have memory care services there, but my mother-in-law wouldn't have to move again. She could stay in whatever room she's currently in. It would just be the level of care that she would change. I thought that's important for this age group to not have so many changes. My wife has been a resident since November, 2022. They have exceeded my expectations. Always accessible and quick to answer my questions / concerns. The new ownership / management has already taken steps to make this place the best it can be. I rest easier knowing my wife is being treated with the kindness, compassion, and dignity she deserves.

My grandmother moved into Memory Care. Every staff member is trained to work with memory care folks. They have a lot of different activities around the clock, like church services, crafts, snack times, and singing. They bring in a lot of outside sources to help with that as well.
