The rooms were nice clean very well put together for the stay for rehab. The food was excellent. I even had lunch with my family member that was in the facility at the time. The overall atmosphere of the facility was impeccable. The activities did a phenomenal job. Rehab was very good for the therapies. I very much appreciated them getting my family member back to her Quality of life.

An absolute terrible nursing facility. They treat patients and other community members with little respect. The nursing staff and those in management will send patients to hospitals, and not accept them back if they are deemed a "behavior problem." Do not send your loved ones here.

They were very nice at Marine Creek. It was a very nice visit. However, it is just your basic nursing home. It is an older building, but it is full of lots of sad people. There is nothing good about it. The staff members were very pleasant and welcoming to me. They were polite. They walked me around. The girls in the office were extremely helpful; they sat down with me. The place was very nice and very clean. I think the way they handled themselves and what they could present with what they had, I would give them a 5. The room was old, clean and sad-looking. All in all, this is what nursing homes are.

Horrible, My mom was placed here as a last resort, before switching insurances, they stated they would start her new insurance paperwork, 3 months later NOTHING! If a resident falls, they will leave them on the floor crying! The rooms were so nasty! Exposed wires, blood stains, food stains, the place smells HORRIBLE, they do not take care of the residents letting them sit in their own dirty mess for hours, they won't change their clothes, some resident's had the same clothes on for days!!! I would not even let my DOG in this facility! IT WAS HORRIBLE. The Staff has no compassion for the residents, only there to get a paycheck, One resident even told me after I let them know a patient had fallen, she stated ( I thought I was going to leave early today, with no incidents or reports, but no. now I have to stay to take care of this.)

My cousin was at Marine Creek for six months. It was OK and all on one floor. The location is close to shopping, and if you want to get out for a few hours, there is a restaurant within a five-minute distance. The staff seemed to be alert and paid attention to everything. They had a physical therapy room but no swimming pool.

Marine Creek Nursing looks pretty new from the outside and from the inside, but it had a very bad smell. The food didn't look appetizing at all. And the nurses in my opinion were all very immature. They don't take their jobs seriously, upsetting the elders for no good reason.
