the room are clean. receive a hot meal once in a while like one every month rest of the time, the meal & the coffee is not hot, it is warm. instead of getting 3 things on one plate it is only two items. liKe two time of the month they cook something that look like dog patty? I sure have at least 3 shower per week, I started ot with two shower now I get one shower per week sometime I may have to wait for two weeks to get a shower. I don't interact with the people here. there are serveal people that are nut in here & need help bigtime. I don't have any activities with the residents here. I'm trying to get transfer from here into something better. This place need a major over all with the staff, resident. The building need to have a major over all has well. this past winter I was given a cold to just above a warm bath serveal time.. Li8kke I mentioon this place & The staff need a major overall. They get staff member from a staffing place if day. The community here every thing need a major overall. The run out of medcial supplies & meds. I be in here for a year & it seen to get pretty bad since I have been here. The d.o.n. she don't do much here.

Great facility, care is amazing, the administrator is someone I would trust my closest relative's care to.
