My mom has moved into VibraLife of El Paso. It's brand new, clean, and well staffed. However, it is the most expensive one we looked at. It's pretty good. The food is excellent. My mother even says that food is good. Most of the activities are fairly standard. The meals are included in the price. They have med techs who administer the medications. They have a community dining room but if you want, they also have in-room dining. My mom is in the memory care-assisted living. The building is excellent. They have a hair and nail salon and a gym.

VibraLife of El Paso had great amenities. It was nice. The facility was spotless and beautiful. It was just gorgeous. The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and willing to help. I was very pleased with them. They have common areas for people to kind of hang out with their family members and even activities and stuff like that. They do rehab there as well so they have a place where they could do physical therapy with them. The building itself was just new, clean, and beautiful.

VibraLife of El Paso is a small senior living, so it's very nice. They provide pretty much one-on-one service. They only have 16 units, so that's nice. That's what I like about it. It's pretty spacious. They have a good dining area. It's a very nice place. The staff who gave the tour was very nice and very understanding, and she was able to explain everything pretty clearly. The units were more like apartments. It looked more like a hotel. They have bingo. They have so many activities, I don't recall everything single one of them.

VibraLife of El Paso was a very nice place. I visited and talked to them. I had all their information. I liked that it was newer than the others. I think it's only six years old. It looked very well-kept. At the time I went, they had an outbreak of COVID. Everyone was being tested. You had to be extra careful (which I understand), and I have no problem with. It was very good to know that they were on top of it. Everyone that I talked to seemed to be very present and happy to be there. The workers were nice. It seemed fine. There were a few issues that I noticed, but there were things being repaired at the moment they said. Aside from that, I liked it. I would put my father there, if and when he's ready to go that type of home. It was the assisted living that I visited because my father doesn't need the memory care. He has all his facilities and everything; he just doesn't move around well on his own. It looked nice, clean, and well cared for. It did not smell, which is very important. The person who toured me around was very knowledgeable, very nice, friendly, and cooperative. Anything I asked, she answered. She gave me a nice tour. I got to see the room that was available at the time. She was very easygoing. Everyone seemed to know her, even the clients that were there. They were all friendly. She was very good.

I went to VibraLife El Paso. It was small. That's one of the things that I appreciated. The gentleman that toured me seemed very nice as well. The big concern for me was they have visiting hours three days a week from 8:00 to 5:00. I get to work before 7:00 and I usually leave at 4:45, so I would not be able to see my mother. That was the breaking point, and it was also too far away from my house. I would be happy to do the drive, but because of their visiting hours, I would not be able to be there at all during those days. And even on the days where they had four days a week where it's open from 8:00 to 8:00, by the time I got there, I wouldn't be able to see her long before I had to leave. The grounds are small. They only have 32 rooms total, 16 rooms on the memory care side, and on the other side, which is assisted living, they only have 16 rooms. So, the staff is more knowledgeable about the residents. The dining area looked very small.
