I moved to Brookdale Trinity Towers. I'm very happy here. The food is excellent. Everything is like going into a five-star restaurant. I'm in the smallest apartment they have, and I'm quite comfortable. I have a living area, I have a bedroom area, and I have a full bathroom and a kitchen. It's adequate for one person. The only problem with the facility is the parking areas. The staff was very congenial. The maintenance men have been in and out of my apartment and taken care of everything that needs to be done. I'm quite satisfied with the staff as a whole. We have an activity calendar and we have activities every day. I've been to the poker game and I've been to the happy hour, and they're all very adequate. The value is excellent because I get three meals a day and get breakfast, plus lunch or dinner, and I get my room cleaned every two weeks. I get my linens done every week. I have a laundry room on my floor to take care of my personal laundry. Everything's really great. I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

My mother lives in Brookdale Trinity Towers. They have great staff. They are very caring, helpful, and friendly. They have a great community atmosphere. She's made lots of friends there. The only negative might be the food in the dining room. It is not as good as I think it could be (they provide breakfast and either lunch or dinner). The apartments are beautiful. They're right almost on the water and it doesn't matter which side of the building you're on, you have a wonderful water view. They have activities going on all the time. They have a big meeting room where they have games, parties, gatherings, and church. They have things scheduled to go to restaurants in town or occasional field trips. They have exercise activities. For instance, chair volleyball, where they hit a beach ball back and forth. They're having a good time. It's just an older building.

My husband and I have moved here just 2 weeks ago. I love the place! There is always something going on, from art classes to live symphony music preformed by the Corpus Christi symphony string orchestra. They are always doing some kind of excursion to a local business , such as the grocery store, or field trips to different area sights. The food is very good, most of the time, but like all cooking everyone has different tastes, which’s makes it hard to please everyone all the time. If you do not like the meal of the day you can always choose from the other menu. . You have the option to eat in the dinning room or take it back to your room as well as room service. It’s a win win ! They have several different exercise classes , depending on your level of activity. Your health, and happiness are what matters to the staff here! They are here to help you enjoy your time here! Every employee I have met here has always been happy and helpful, they love their jobs, which says a LOT to me! They have bent over backwards to help us get moved in here and to feel welcomed! I am enjoying meeting all the interesting people who live here, as well as the activities and wonderful food! I think we made the right choice for us in moving here! Hope to get to meet you as well!

We stayed at Brookdale Trinity Towers. There's no walking trail. You could walk around the building, that's on public sidewalks though. I hated being stuck in walker jams. We lived on the sixth floor and dogs had to go pee every hour taking the dog to the elevator, going outside, going back in, going up the elevator, and back to our apartment, was a pain. I'd rather have a small cottage and they didn't have any. Also, the residents there were old enough to be my parent. We're young in our retirement, so there's a lot of blue hairs around there. They have assisted living and independent living in the same building. I suggest they have more established walking trails, biking trails, and more things for active seniors to do physically.

Brookdale Trinity Towers was very nice. We looked at a small apartment for independent living, and it was nice. My only concern with my mother is she really shouldn't be cooking and there's a stove in there and I'm afraid that even though she shouldn't be cooking, she will be. That's my biggest concern because she pretty much does what she wants. Otherwise, it was a nice apartment. If it were anybody else, I think it would be good. The staff was very informative. It's a beautiful place with a nice view of the water.

Brookdale Trinity Towers was a lovely place. The staff was cheerful, all of them, even the maintenance people were very knowledgeable. When they didn't have the answer to the question, they researched and got back to me. They have a gym, a salon, a courtyard, and they take people to activities.

Brookdale Trinity Towers was wonderful. The only thing was me not having enough finances to do it. They have a swimming pool. They have a dining room and a lounge room for the clients, and if the clients should have family members to come over on a certain date, there's room for all of that. They have parking from what I've seen. The workers were just splendid. Everybody was warm and friendly, yet professional. Everything was very professional, congenial, very courteous, and so on. I give the staff A-plus. I asked to see the layout of a one-bedroom and a studio, and they showed me what I asked for, and everything seemed so lovely from what I saw.

I loved my tour of Brookdale Trinity Towers. I saw their efficiency apartment. It had enough room for me, myself, and I. I tried their food, and it was good. It was excellent. I loved the dining area.

My ex-husband went to Brookdale Trinity Towers for rehab. He had to go to the hospital, because he fell out of bed and had a really bad injury, and he broke six or seven ribs. There was one nurse we had an issue with. She called my daughter screaming at her on Saturday morning, saying, "When are you going to get down here and deal with your father? Blah, blah, blah." She wanted my daughter to come down there and deal with him, and so my daughter was like, "I have no idea what you're talking about." So that staff member was a bit of a problem and apparently not used to dealing with Alzheimer's patients. My daughter had dealings with Amy, a nurse there during the week. And Amy was amazing, she was just so talented, and she knew that my ex-husband needed something to occupy himself with. Folding wash rags was like a little activity for him. He could do it sitting there in his bed, no problem. And it kept him happy and entertained, and not bothering everybody, which was wonderful. The facility was beautiful. The food was bland, but it has to be.

We chose Brookdale Trinity Towers for my mom. The apartments are so beautiful. They all have kitchens and terraces. Mom's apartment has windows across with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. She gets sunrises and sunsets, water views, and it's really very beautiful and spacious. The staff is excellent. They are really good. The food quality fluctuates, though. It used to be much better. There's also not a lot of places to walk around. There are no walking trails, which is kind of a downside. The rates recently increased but it's still so low compared to other places. They have activities available. They have an exercise room, a beauty salon, a nail salon, but they are still looking for somebody to do the nails for the residents, which is important for my mom. They also have a place where you can buy a little bit of food. If the residents in independent living need extra help, they can be hired.

I went to Brookdale Trinity Towers. I didn't see the food, but I saw the service. The rooms are just like home. I can see how patients will be very comfortable there. Trinity Towers is a little bit smaller than the other place, but it was just wonderful to see how the staff is so attentive. I saw staff all over the place, always in the hallways, kind of getting ready for the next activity. It was just nice and comforting to know that there was staff there quickly available to the patients. I visited the dining area in the assisted living as well as the memory care. And I like memory care. It's just a smaller unit. It was very much an oversight. And I like that the ratio is much better from patient to staff. It's wonderful to have knowledgeaable directors, managers, and sales managers, whatever their title is, they make it very comforting for the families to know that their loved one will be taken care of.

We toured Brookdale Trinity Towers. We loved everything that it comes with, and the place itself. The price is good for everything that they're offering. The location is OK. It's the one we might pick. For accommodations, they have different sizes. They've got the efficiency, which we did not see. They have a one-bedroom that is smaller, and then we saw the larger one-bedroom. The smaller one-bedroom had just one closet in the bedroom, and another like a pretty big pantry as you walked in. The larger one-bedroom was very nice. It had a pretty good-sized living room. It had a total of three closets to kind of walk in. The second room we saw I think was 800 square feet or 774, but the other one was a little too small (even for one person). They have get togethers on Fridays, and they even have a happy hour or just regular drinks. They have music on Fridays, and they play poker. They have a craft room, and a very nice library where you can go sit with lots of books. They had a piano, where they say they have live music also. They have a lot of activities. It has its own separate dining area, and it's got French doors to go into it.

I went over and visited Brookdale Trinity Towers, and I was happy with it. I have chosen them because my family is down here, and I wanted to move to Corpus. Also, the view from the balcony was just so beautiful that I couldn't take any other place right now. It was just too pretty looking out on the water. The apartment is very nice. The staff I met were very, very professional and very, very nice. They explained things well. The physical appearance was very nice.

When I visited Brookdale Trinity Towers, it was a full tour that I recall. I don't remember seeing a lunchroom though, where they ate. It was a large facility that had all levels of care from assisted living, all the way to long-term care. They did take Medicaid at that facility. I went to the large tower area to see the marketing director who was very knowledgeable and very vivacious, and she led me on the tour. We traveled across a sky bridge to the other part of their facility where they had their long-term care, and their memory care which was all on one floor. It was very beautiful. The room was excellent. For the price that they were charging, it should be. I liked the nurses that I saw on the floor. They were all very responsive to me, and very caring. They didn't just give me a hello and then go back to work. They spoke for a minute, and that was lovely. It was just out of our price range. It was a private room. They kind of all run together, and all had bathrooms. The dining area was either on that floor for those residents or one of the other ones. A couple of them did have their own dining areas, but I don't remember which ones were which. It was pristine, everything looked great, and no smell; that was beautiful. They did not offer any food, and I probably wouldn't have tried it.

I visited Brookdale Trinity Towers to see a family member, and it was great. It's just like a home. The staff was very nice and the room was nicely furnished. It has a beautiful view that overlooks the bay. It was just very pretty and very peaceful. They have a good variety of meals. They play games like shuffleboard, poker, bingo, bridge, and just all kinds of things.

I've been to Brookdale Trinity Towers visiting and toured it before because I have friends who live there. That's where I want to go if they have a vacancy, and they will have some. They're very accommodating. They've already got a folder on me and they're keeping in contact. They have a game room, two libraries, and a little party room. They have card games and get-togethers throughout the week. The activities are unbelievable to keep you busy and visit with people. They do two meals a day instead of three. When I lived in a place that had three meals a day, I couldn't eat them because they were only two hours apart, so two meals a day is great. They're very, very accommodating as far as what you need. What I like about this community is that it has all the levels of care as you go down. You just go from independent to dependent and if you got Alzheimer's or whatever, it has it all. Everybody I talked to and all my friends who have lived there, the level of care is awesome. There are people there with 20 plus years. They keep smiles on their faces. They love working for Brookdale, so that tells you a whole lot. If the people who are taking care of you are happy, then you're happy. The last time I was there was probably a year and a half ago. I have four friends there, and one of them was independent. The apartments were very, very nice. Even the ones that don't have a good view are nice. Every time somebody moves out, they update it. They have a one-bedroom and I have two electric wheelchairs, and if I am uncomfortable going through doorways and stuff like that, they would even remove walls, and open the wall. You don't have the door anymore, but you have a bigger opening to get into your bedroom if you're wheelchair-bound, so they accommodate even like that. There is a small charge. I think it's their people who do it and they charge you for some of the materials. I love the way they serve the food and I love the food they serve because you don't have to wait. You don't have to sit there for two hours as you do at other places. Everything was good. They're so accommodating for visitors to come in for parties when you first move in like bringing in friends and stuff like that. It's wonderful. They have the poker that I like, they have the pool tables that I like, they have rummy that I like. It has everything I need. Their transportation things for us are unbelievable. They have three vans to take you to doctor's appointments, grocery stores, activities, and stuff like that. They have outside and inside activities.

I'm in Brookdale Trinity Towers. The food is OK, and the room is fine. I got a good view of the bay. I'm just perfectly set up. I go to some of their activities, but mostly I'm still going out to work every day. They have an exercise room, they take me to the doctor if I need to go, and they provide breakfast and then one other one.

My mother-in-law moved to Brookdale Trinity Towers. It's been very nice. It'd be perfect if we didn't have the Covid virus going on right now. The food is excellent. We've gone to eat lunch with her a couple of times up in her apartment. There's plenty of food, lots of selection, it's very good, and it's well-balanced, too. The staff is amazing. They have bent over backwards to help us out. They are available all the time for questions and always respond very quickly even on Christmas Day. My mom is in assisted living and had been in independent living also recently, and she paid more than what my mother-in-law is paying. It's an older facility and could use some upgrading.

Brookdale Trinity Towers was an excellent place. It's 5-star, but it's pricey. My mom is really picky, and she didn't want a high-rise building. She spent 20 days in rehab for physical therapy, which is in the same complex as the assisted living, so that's how I became familiar with the place. I toured the assisted living, and it was awesome. The place itself was so luxurious. I myself wanted to be there, but I'm not 60 yet. It was beautiful, well kept up, and very modern. They showed us a menu of the meals or the catering, and it was an excellent menu for the clients and the patients as well. The staff was wonderful.

We're moving into Brookdale Trinity Towers. My mother lived there and they refurbish every apartment as people move out. We like the bay view. They're willing to work with us to make it easier to move in. They have a recreation room, a workout room, happy hour, community programs, and opportunities to volunteer at the center across the street where the assisted living is. It suits us better than brand-new modern facilities that we have here in Corpus Christi. We like older type accommodations.

Great place. My 92 year old Dad spent 4 years here until he had to move to Brookdale assisted living, which is right next store. Wonderfull food and helpful staff. He had a nice bay side view on the 12th floor. We would do it again. Only downside are the slow elevators during mealtimes. Waits can be annoying, but it's a minor inconvenience.

I'm living in Brookdale Trinity Towers. The staff is outstanding and the appearance of the place is very nice. I have the smallest studio apartment available, but for me it's fine since I'm just by myself. They have a pool, movies, various activities all the time, card games, Bingo, Rummy and Dominoes. The food is great. They have outside activities going on all the time. The only thing is that I'm on the top floor, and they have people with pets up here, and sometimes their pets don't make it all the way downstairs before they go to the bathroom, and that makes it bad. We have good activities and if we want more of them, we could always vote. The price is expensive, but I think it's a good value for what it is.

I liked that Brookdale Trinity Towers was in the heart of the city and it had large square footage, the largest I've seen. The prices were good and even though it's 30 years old, they are upgrading. They are adding new appliances and updating the floors and cabinets. The negative thing is the exterior, the waiting rooms, and all the little accessories. The tables and desks were exceptionally dated and really looked old fashioned. They have 13 floors and every floor looked like it hadn't been changed in the past 30 years. It's just too dated and boring and just not very contemporary in style. I only met with one person and she was terrific. I've been talking with her since 2015. The facility looked clean. It was more the decor that was so dated. I only saw three units and I didn't bother to go into the dining room because they were serving food at that time. Having 13 floors, if I want to socialize, I could go down to whatever they offer and then go back up to my room and close my door to have my own privacy.

My husband and I have lived in our home here for two years. We have made a wonderful group of friends, live in a two-bedroom apartment overlooking Corpus Christi Bay, are active in various activities provided us, and enjoy fine meals which I don't have to cook. It is a clean facility staffed with fine and helpful people. We are enjoying life to the fullest. And, our children have great peace of mind having us here.

Trinity Towers seemed well kept, and the people seemed to be friendly. It has recreational facilities and allows pets, which would be of interest to me. The price is not too extravagant. I believe they have beauty parlors as well as transportation. My friend was very happy when he was there.

Trinity Towers was a very nice-looking, clean, well-kept, and huge place. The people were very friendly and helpful. It just wasn't the place for Mom. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. There were several dining areas; some of them were huge and one was particularly small, but they were all very clean.

If you had 6 stars I'd give you 6 ! My mom moved into the Trinity Towers New Years Eve. So of course we are still on a honeymoon with TT. But , what we have seen so far the staff couldn't be better. I'm talking about the ladies in the office to the maintenance people. ANYTHING ,my mother needed they were right there to help. They must really screen their employees because they are the cream of the crop. The girls in the office would stop by mom's apartment and say hello and see how she is doing . They are so personable. It's hard on a elder person leaving their home and friends , these people make the transition so much easier. Her new home is lovely , everything is clean and in perfect order. The food is delicious.(mom wished breakfast was server till 10, she's not a early riser ) lol Before she moved here we asked several residents how they liked it . We didn't hear one negative report, some of these residents were living here 8+ years. We are impressed !

I still thought of moving to Trinity Towers periodically. I thought their rooms were great. They had some that were small, they had others that were spacious, and I supposed the prices depended on that. They had a magnificent view of Corpus Christi Bay. I tried their food, and it was good.

My mother lived at Trinity Towers for many years and I have long-time friends who live there now. Trinity Towers is owned by Brookdale Senior Care which is a distant corporation who cares about nothing but money. The apartments are large, but extremely over-priced. The services are spotty because of underpaid employees. They had a big sale a few months ago and marked down prices of many of the apartments so new residents got good prices, while long-time residents continued to pay through the nose. Security is not good. There are other apartment buildings that provide a better quality for the price.

Trinity Towers is a lovely place and very well-maintained. The staff was very professional and very helpful. They told us they had a schedule of activities, and it seemed like it was a very active place. They have exercises, arts and crafts, and bingo. They have a very nice dining room with tablecloths. The staff were all dressed in uniforms, and that was very nice. The residents that we saw seemed well-dressed, alert, and seemed engaged in conversation with people. Overall, I like that it is a very comfortable and engaging place.

My dad is in this facility in the Alzheimer's unit. It is extremely pricey. We are hoping A&A will kick in soon otherwise we will have to move to a cheaper facility. We have had issues with employees calling because my dad won't take his medicine or cooperate to get showered. He has been there long enough that they know who he will cooperate with and those are the people that should be working with him.

Last September, I visited Trinity Towers/Holmgren Center, I was looking at places for my husband in an Alzheimers unit, the first person I talked to was Erika Fain, she was so very helpful with everything, since that time, I have placed my husband in Holmgren center, and have needed help for different things and just questions in general, Erika has always been available to help or answer questions, she has made a difficult decision much easier for me and I thank her for that! She is definitely a Shining Star in this facility! ,

Erica is a true angel. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. We were able to place my father in law right away and he enjoys his new palace. God is good. Everyone at TT has been very friendly. Kuddos to the staff.

We visited Trinity Towers and they offered continuing care. They were reasonable and affordable for us. The facility was clean. We were offered lunch and we had lunch with other residents there. The food was very good. They had a swimming pool, an exercise room and they had different activities in the facilities. At night, they had entertainment. If we would go anywhere, that's where we would go.

The view at Trinity Towers was outstanding. It was a million-dollar view. However, their rooms were in a really bad condition. They showed us a couple of model rooms but then we also went into one to look at it and it was outdated and the woodwork was all beat up. I wouldn't put anyone in that facility. They were in need of a lot of remodeling, like things in the bathroom were all beaten up and the kitchen area, I think, was really in bad shape. I can't imagine anyone renting that.

We are pleased to hear you enjoyed the spectacular view at Trinity Towers, but are very sorry that you were disappointed when you visited. Before each new resident moves in, their apartment is painted and refreshed. Our residents are welcome to make decisions about their décor. After residents decorate their own apartments, they look very similar to any of the models and sometimes even better! We apologize for disappointing you and would like very much for you to give us another opportunity to help you. We hope you will call us at 877-400-5296.

This facility has very skilled nurses and a bridge program, which my great aunt is involved in due to her Alzheimer's. It is a very clean place and the staff are so friendly. I'm glad that we chose Trinity Towers for her. It is nothing compared to a nursing home. There is no stench or visible filth anywhere. The atmosphere is great too. It is a very comfortable place for her to live in.

Whether for short-term rehabilitation, or for longer-term nursing care, our communities provide excellent services and attention that extends beyond the clinical details of recovery. It has the covenice of the bus line grocery store Walgreen eating places near by.

Nice place but VERY expensive for what they have to offer. Other places in town have cheaper rent with more to offer. They go up on rent yearly. Do not evacuate residents during a hurricane.Only evacuate Holmgren and Alzheimer's unit. Residents who have no family are are their own. EVERY other place in town has evacuation for ALL residents. Holmgren unit is the WORST. Wouldn't put my dog there. they are suppose to have nurse's to help but if a resident falls has dirty diaper they let them stay like that calling for help. Have heard from caregivers, family members,my daughter who is a social worker and treats patients there the horror stories. Priest and Doctors who go there have told me they treat residents w/ NO respect. Most who move over there die when a year and 1/2 due to neglect. Trinity side heater went out last winter due to replacing boiler. Residents went with out heat for a week. They passed out portable heaters which were a fire hazard and didn't have enough for all the residents. Most ALL residents were freezing. Security is not that great. They keep gate open when it should be closed unless you have gate key. Would not recommend it to any friends w/ elderly parents.
