My dad was in Trinity Mission Health & Rehab and it was a nightmare, it wasn't good at all. It was an old hospital from the 1950's and had no carpets or windows at all. The living spaces were very small and they didn't have activities. It's a skilled nursing place, and it looked like the people there were on their last leg before they passed away. And there were people who passed away while we were there. The staff was awful, they didn't interact with my dad nor say good morning. There were about 10 staff members but no one smiled at us nor greeted us and we let them know about it. They had shared rooms as well but he was in a room by himself. They were so short-staffed and the management were acting like they didn't care about the staff. That's why they weren't happy and they're taking it out on everybody, they weren't happy and they weren't paid enough. The meals were pretty good, but their overall price was very expensive though they take Medicaid.

I wasn't overly impressed with Trinity Mission Health & Rehab. It's an older facility, but it seemed clean enough and average in appearance. The room my wife was in had adequate space and adequate space for storing her things. The two people that I encountered were friendly enough, and they immediately directed me to where she was.

Place is understaffed and undertrained... place smells like urine and on several occasions have seen the pt left sitting in urine. Trying to get staff to help is like pulling teeth from a untranquil8zed lion. I wouldn't put my worst enemy here. If there was a spot for 0 stars that's what they would get

I really like Trinity Mission. The staff was great, they gave me a chair, and they had an activity director; they were just actually exceptional and interactive with the patients. They showed me the assisted living section. They gave me a whole tour, and the director was very informative. The dining is upfront; to me, it was more like a home. A little more homier, it wasn’t funky, but it wasn’t like it couldn’t mess things up. The nurse’s station was right in the area where all the patients were. I thought that was there, so that they can keep an eye on the patients. They had lamps on the doors. Everybody was interacting with everybody else. The rooms were smaller but nice. Security and safety was good.
