I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother was in Burleson Nursing and Rehab for 15 months until her passing last week. There truly are no words to adequately express my respect and deep appreciation for the nurses, aids, doctors and support staff for the care they provided to my mother. I was there everyday. Sometimes in the morning and sometimes at night. I never arrived that I wasn't greeted by staff and updated on her care. I knew when I was not there she was being loved and cared for by everyone taking care of her. I loved my mother deeply and will miss her always. But I have peace knowing she was with a family of caretakers that showed her love and respect.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Ive been calling for for 2 days and nobody will answer the phone. The one time they did this morning they hung it right back up. I already wondering did we make the right decision to put my loved one in the care of this facility. My mom called me at 10:30PM crying begging me to call the main # to have a nurse give her pain meds and to get her to the restroom. Now I cant reach my mom or get them to answer the phone. Its scary and frustrating to say the least.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Communication between staff, doctors, administration, family and resident is insufficient and chaotic. No one’s ever on the same page about any subject which leads to lack of care, medication errors, safety issues regarding falls and a lot more stress than there should be for resident and family.

They are good about making sure thiers enough staff for the residents. The buildings not perfect but its ok because uselly the perfect building hides dirty. They have some good dedicated employees and just like everywhere you have that few employees that you could do without. Its no different than everything else in the world you have your problems and life lessons, the good thing is when they acknowledge a problem they fix it. Very good team work thier.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My wife was in Trinity Mission Health and Rehab two years ago and was there again lately, and it worked out really well but not so much this time. It had a change of ownership, and they have changed administrators a number of times. The physical therapy that she was there was very good, but the other was not so much. It was better two years ago. It didn’t smell, and it was clean. She was in the private for that rehab. The food was OK. There were bingo and card games. They must improve on communication and administration; they just didn’t seem like quite altogether.

I visited this facility

This is an old place, but it's kept wonderfully. I really liked it. It seems that what I need for my husband is here. But it's very expensive, because the caretakers are really registered nurses. I don't have any complaints with the set up as well. The nursing station is in the middle with halls going to residents' rooms. This set up allows the caregivers to keep track of everybody. They also orient you with state planning which helps you with your finances later in the future. I will recommend this place to those with Medicaid.
