My father is at the memory care unit in Parc at Traditions. We like it. My mother lives in the independent living and the whole thing is great. It's very clean, everybody's very attentive, and it's just a really good place. Cleanliness is very good. I've never been to a senior residential area that looks this nice. They keep it very clean, updated, and decorated. It's great. They have different puzzles and things they can check out. They have some activities that they do, and they have little group things where they have someone read to them and things like that. It's been great. No complaints at all. The staff is wonderful. The people, they know everyone's names, they're patient, and they're caring. I just can't say enough good things about it. Food is very good. As far their menus, they keep a variety. They have choices and they just have really good stuff. Their portions aren't too large, they're just right. In the independent living, they delivered to everyone's room during the COVID, and so now their dining room is open, so you can go down and eat there, or you can order and have it delivered again. The food has been very good. No one has ever complained. They're just now getting back where they can do activities from the COVID. I think the value is right for what you get. It may be a little more expensive, but you get a lot more.

I toured the independent living at Parc at Traditions. I saw a 1-bedroom 1-bath, also a 1-bedroom with a 1 and 1/2 bath. I also looked at a 2-bedroom 2-bath. They have everything you want, including a covered, heated saltwater swimming pool. The rent includes two meals a day in the dining room. They have a very nice gymnasium. They provide a shuttle bus service if you don't want to take your car out. They do weekly apartment cleaning and linen service. They may have a local internet company as part of the package. All the independent living rooms have balconies. They have libraries, a card room, and a game room. They usually have about eight to ten different activities scheduled every day. There's always something going on. They offered that they have separate rooms set aside just for visitors, so I could go and stay there a couple of days just to try it out. The staff that gave the tour was perfect. She's only a year out of college, but she knew what she was doing and did a good job.

I toured Parc at Traditions. There wasn't anything to dislike about it, it was nice. It's very nice. The rooms were very nice. They were accommodating. The dining room looked fantastic. But the facilities are excellent. They're clean. There's nothing to put down about it. It's very nice. The staff invited me back for lunch with my daughter. She wants to meet my daughter and my daughter is a doctor of virology. They have everything. They have an outdoor pool that's heated. They have a gym in there that's very well equipped. They have all kinds of other stuff for people to do. It's just a very nice place.

My mother-in-law liked Parc at Traditions and got on the waiting list. We received a very warm reception. All the people that we met were extremely friendly and professional. They introduced my mother-in-law to several of the residents and they had brief conversations. From the moment we got there, we had the impression that they were glad to see us and that we were considering their community. They've got very knowledgeable salespeople. They answered any question that we might have in a very relaxed, informative manner. The tour was well organized and planned. We walked all over the place and they showed us the units. It's a very impressive facility. It's like staying in a five-star hotel with immaculate cleanliness. It was great. We went one time and went back about three days later and then narrowed the apartment decision down to the two that my mother-in-law was most comfortable with. They invited my mother-in-law to come back any time that she wanted to have lunch there and also offered her to stay for two nights in the apartment that they have, which I think that she's probably going to do when we get to the fall, just spend a couple of days there, get used to the routine and get to talk to a couple more residents. They invited her to go to lunch, but we didn't take advantage of it the first time. We looked at independent living two times and we also went over to the assisted living and looked at one of their studio apartments. I highly recommend Parc at Traditions without reservation. It's a great facility.

I visited Parc at Traditions independent living, but they also have assisted and memory care. It's lovely. It is on 13 acres in the woods. It's three levels. Even the smallest apartment in independent living is about the size of the biggest ones in Oklahoma. It has a swimming pool, both a heated pool and a regular. It has a walking trail. It is all-inclusive. It had a large exercise room. They have plenty of space. The staff during the tour was very nice. I had lunch there and it was a very nice lunch. The cook came out and introduced himself. It was nice. The food was good. The portions were much larger than I thought. A lot of the activities are related to the university in College Station.

Parc at Traditions was a beautiful place. They have a lot of amenities for people that can enjoy them. The young lady that gave us the tour was very informative and very nice. But we quickly realized that assisted living was not what we needed. We needed much more care than that. They were very helpful. The facility was very well maintained, clean, really new, and up to date. It was very nice.

The tour at Parc at Traditions was excellent. It went very well and they were very informative. I had a spontaneous visit with one of the residents who told me an awful lot of information from the inside, which was very encouraging. I saw both independent and assisted living. The facility was spotless. They did not have a room because they were full at the time. The one-room they had available was being refinished and repaired for a future resident. It was very well-kept and very well-done. I would live there.

I toured the Parc at Traditions last March. I was super impressed with it. The staff was great. The facility was very nice and very clean. I can't say enough good things about it, but my mother decided she didn't want to do that. Obviously a lot of thought was put into it. The units themselves were excellent just the way they were designed. They had washers and dryers, but they were adjacent to the closets which was smart. It was definitely designed with seniors in mind. The dining area was great. The variety of activities were impressive. They would learn flower arrangements and do flower arranging around the place, where you see flowers in the dining room. They had tons of activities whether it was bridge, bingo, or bible study. I was impressed with the variety. The grounds were beautiful as well, you look out the window and you see a wooded area, they weren't crammed in. They had bird feeders out. It was homey. It didn't feel like a stuffy facility.

It may be a little more expensive, but you get a lot more.

Parc at Traditions is very accommodating as far as allowing our family to visit my mom. They seem to be keeping their word on that. They also had a competitive price. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive. They are one of the newest facilities and they have a lot of activities for her to participate in. They are also willing to evaluate the possibility of her moving from the memory care unit into the assisted living unit, which we felt she should have been in all along. Even if we had a catastrophe in the move-in process, the experience was still very good. They provided the movers, so we didn't have to worry about anything. We started loading all of the belongings into their van to take it to the new place when they discovered that there were bed bugs. We had to get everything off of their moving van and. couldn't move any of her possessions to the new place. My sister had to go and buy her new clothes. We had no bed and no furniture. The Parc at Traditions provided her with a bed and loaned us some other items until we were able to buy them. They were very accommodating. My mom likes the food. The room she is in is very clean and smells good. The layout is very nice too. They take my mom out of the memory care unit and to the assisted living unit for activities because she's a little bit more active than the rest of the people in the memory care unit.

Parc at Traditions is very nice, it's probably the nicest community we saw. It's new, probably only a few years old, and the staff members were all nice. We saw their 2-bedroom apartment and it was also really nice.

Parc at Traditions is OK. The other residents' functioning level is not as high as his intellectually, so my father is having trouble finding anyone to talk to. The staff has been fine, and everybody's been responsive, but there are some glitches. They give the residents a copy of the activities of the week, but they print it on a tiny piece of paper. He's got macular degeneration, and he can't even begin to read it. The food is very good. The taste is a five out of five, but the quantity is less than two ounces of protein, so I'm unimpressed by that. They serve chicken on the bone.

My dad is now in independent living at Parc at Traditions, and so far, it's been pretty good. We like the people who work there. Dad likes the food. The people who live in the facility are also hospitable and nice. We've had a good experience so far. They have a lot of activities for everyone to do during the course of the day like exercise, different types of games and cards, and several classes in the mornings. One of the things I like about it is they have plasma screens all over with all their activities up there, so if someone doesn't have a great memory, if they're walking around, they're going to see these screens which basically tell you what's going on that day as well as notifications on birthdays and new people in the community, which is pretty nice. The staff is very good and try to help you with anything they can. The place itself is excellent and everything is brand new. I haven't encountered anything that doesn't work and the place is in good shape.

Parc at Traditions is extremely nice and new. They have given a lot of thoughtful attention to the way in which they designed the apartments and the layout of the memory care units specifically. I have been very impressed with the staff. They make sure to take my mother to the restroom every two hours. The staff seems to really care about the residents and so far, I'm extremely pleased. The dining area is very nice and very clean. My mother is eating very well. They are making sure that she is getting liquids. The food looks appetizing. The staff members do a great job. When residents need their food cut up, they make sure that happens. They play bingo, they have physical activities where they get a range of motion, and they have games that stimulate their memories. They will put on oldies music, or they will talk about things that help to stimulate their memories. It is expensive, but for what you get, I think they're a very good value.

My tour with Parc at Traditions was great. The place was very clean with lots of stuff happening and people everywhere. Everybody who worked there that we passed was friendly and said hello. They walked us around, showed us the different sizes of apartments you can choose from and sat with us and talked to us about the pricing on the different levels of care and the apartments. They offered to bring us back another day to have lunch with the residents which we haven't done yet. There were lots of walking trails, a swimming pool, a theater, chapel, and the restaurant looked and smelled amazing. I liked that facility a lot. They had a clubhouse where they do different activities during the week and had transportation if you wanted to go shopping at the mall, go to the movies, or take you to your doctor's appointments. They had scheduled activities that varied with plenty of things to keep the residents occupied. We did not get to see the skilled nursing facility; we just looked at the assisted living facility, but what we saw was very nice.

I'm at Parc at Traditions for a month now, and it's very nice. They have movies 3 times a week, they have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and they have entertainment, crafts, choir, gardening, and they take you to different trips and outings. The staff is very good.

My sister-in-law moved into Parc at Traditions and we love the place. I like that there are no levels and it's one price. They furnish everything except her personal items. They're always looking after her and making sure she's involved, getting her up every morning and that she goes to bed at night. They're just really good, and the food is great. The place looks like a high-class hotel. My sister-in-law is not too involved in activities, but Bingo is her main thing. The value is also good compared to the other place we had my sister-in-law was in.

Parc at Traditions is excellent. We're very pleased with it. They meet all the needs that my mother has as far as making sure she has her medication. The meals are excellent and transportation is provided. They pretty well have it all. There are a variety of activities every day. The residents can always find something they want to do. The staff is very good.

My father is at Parc at Traditions. They did a really good job getting us in. Everything is beautiful. The amenities are awesome. So far they've done a very good job. They have scheduled activities all the time, but there's not enough people there yet. They have an activities director. My stepmother and my dad tried the food and they're real happy with it. They're very responsive to our questions. The facility is very good, and the staff is very good as well.

Parc at Traditions was still under construction, but they had part of it ready. I love their philosophy. I love the fact that they have a separate unit for those with Alzheimer's and that each patient has their own room and bathroom. I like that the nursing stations are stationed down each hallway so that they see all the activities going on at all times. They have a kitchen where the patient can go, but there is nothing in there that could really hurt them. I'm very impressed. The staff members who assisted us were amazing. They were both fabulous and excited about getting open and under way. They seemed to know a lot about dementia care. I would feel good leaving my mom there. The dementia unit has their own little dining area. They have two different areas. They looked very cozy, nice, and homey.
