My mother is staying at Broadmoor Court. It's a bigger facility, so there is a little more going on. My mother has her own bathroom, and her room is bigger and much nicer. Mainly the facilities are a lot nicer, too. They have the dining area, but then they have another room for the crafts and activities and stuff. They have a little outside court area, a sidewalk, and a patio. It's all in one thing. You can walk inside the whole facility. If they want to walk or something, they have the outside area, too. The dining room was nice. I have not tried the food myself. But my mom likes the food. She's usually pretty picky, but probably influencing her is she gets desserts every meal, and she likes that, so she is happy with the food. They probably have more variety than the other places. The place is very clean. I'm very happy with them right now.

We chose them for my husband because of the atmosphere. The rooms were very nice. When I went through it, everybody was in the dining room, eating, laughing, and talking. It seemed like a very positive atmosphere. The services were all good. They would manage his medication, which is wonderful. They had private rooms. The room I looked at was very nice. The thing that hit me was the fact that it was a very clean establishment. You didn't smell anything. It was clean and neat. It was very festive because it was the holidays, and they had Christmas trees. It was just very nice. The people I met were very friendly. It's less than a mile away from my house, so it's very convenient. They had a library.

I have a aunt that lives at this community. They are a sweet community that truly cares about the residents. The Executive Director and Sales Director are extremely nice and can make you laugh anytime. They are now getting to take the residents out for activities since covid has calmed down some. They just got remodeled and the place looks amazing. It's very cozy for the residents. They have very friendly staff and the food is good too. My aunt is very happy here and I would recommend this community over any of them in Bryan/College Station.

My experience with Broadmoor Place was good. Everybody seemed to be good. The room looked clean and roomy. I thought the place was well laid out. The eating area and the activity area were good. They have a place where people would exercise, but it is not like a gym. The staff was very involved with everybody, and it's kind of like a family atmosphere. I thought the location was good and really convenient.

We moved my brother-in-law into Broadmoor Place last December. We chose it because it was more like home. The staff is very kind. They take care of his needs, and they're very helpful. They're just great. We have no problem at all with the food, and he's been eating well. For activities, they take him for walks, they have crafts and Bingo, and they keep him very active. I would recommend them because they're family oriented; they treat you like family.

This is the 3rd facility my mother has been in. It is the best in regards to her care. They are small, but they are very friendly, take very good care of her and are really concerned for her. I have witnessed all of this and seen and heard them when they didn't now I was listening or watching. I have a camera in my mom's apartment. They are very concerned about her health and monitor that very well. She really likes the actives they have ad the meals are good. Yes I have eaten the food. Rooms are very spacious and lots of natural light. They try to get the families involved as much as the family will let them. They are in the process of remodeling the entire facility.

It seemed like a good place. The rooms were spacious, adequate, and seemed like oversized motel rooms. The place seemed clean, bright, and cheerful.
