I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My husband been in this nursing home for about 6 months he always smell they never brush his teeth he suppose to be showed and shaved 3 times a week but that doesn't happen. I have an account for his hair cuts that don't get done. His nails are always really dirty and long it seems like I am the only person that trims them. The staff is not very friendly when you need something for your loved one and ask for help you can tell they don't want to help. The staff here is only here for the paycheck not the residents. The food and the portion could be better. It is so said how your CNA just don't care and it's because of them the ratings go down.

I am a friend or relative of resident

My sister is a resident of this home. Unlike other nursing homes, I can walk in to this home without hold my breath. This place is super clean, and their staff is AWESOME! they work hard with their residents and they're super friendly/helpful!! They take care of the residents like there own kids. They are a 10 for me.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My first wife was in Town and Country Manor before she passed on. The place was clean and well taken care of. Some of their nurses were really very kind and caring. If there's anything they need to improve on, it would be their nursing assistants because some of them would joke around or they would talk in a foreign language that you wouldn't be able to understand what they were saying. Overall, everything was satisfactory.
