I was dreading going to a nursing home. I had previously been in two other nursing homes in Baytown. They were both nightmares. I could not have been more pleased with Rollingbrook Rehabilitation. I had excellent care while I was there. I needed a lot of care and never had to wait long for someone to help me. They always had a positive attitude no matter how busy they were. I was always told what medications I was being given. They celebrated every holiday in a big way. The rooms are nice with plenty of storage.

The communication and follow up from staff are horrible. My loved one passed away at this facility and trying to get someone to call me back regarding my loved one's belongings and what I'd like to have my loved one wearing for funeral is beyond ridiculous. I live 3 states over and can't just show up at the facility to handle these issues, so I am relying on someone at facility to actually show a little concern. Oh, I'd also like to mention that not one staff member that I have spoken to has mentioned their condolences about my loved one!!

We had an excellent email experience at this facility! The nurses and techs were so helpful and caring. The rehab staff was extremely helpful with the transition of mom from the skilled nursing unit back to her house. The nurses made sure mom knew all her medications and helped us set up a follow up appointment with her family doctor after she left! Great place and so helpful in this time where we couldn’t visit like we want to! Thank you

The facility is really pretty, although they keep help in the kitchen. A resident I know, told me that the residents most of the time eat an hour or more late. That is just wrong making them sit there and wait that long. And they can't seem to keep nurses aids.

Since my mom has been there she has not gotten any of her medications on time at least 2-3 hours late which is very dangerous for those whom have high blood pressure, her meals are cold and ofter skipped over entirely, dirty housekeeping just look under the beds and you can see all the dirt. When able to come home for visits I have given them ample time to get her medications together and yet they all ways mess it and never send enough medication. They never keep up pest control. The final straw was my mother had gotten bed bugs from this home. After asking around we found out others in the home did also yet know one was taking any precautions or steps to correct this issue. I finally had it and removed my mom from this facility. I wouldn't even give this one star. Do not be fooled by the upgrade aesthetics it looks great on the outside but BEWARE!!!

Rolling Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center was OK, convenient, nice, very pretty, new, and clean. The staff was very kind. My mother-in-law turned out to be more advanced in her Alzheimer's than what they were prepared to take care of. The staff was not adequate for her. We were just in the wrong place. They had semi-private rooms with private bathrooms and plenty of storage. They had an activity director and adequate staff for most of the people that were there. She just wasn't a good fit for them, which we didn't know when we placed her there. She kept trying to escape, but that wasn't their fault. The food was good.
