I will be moving into The Reserve at Lake Austin. It's brand new. I'm not happy about the move, but as I compared it with the other place, I liked it because the room was long and slim and better arranged. It felt more open. A group was playing bingo. They're waiting on some of their equipment to arrive. It's brand new and they don't have everything yet, but they have a gym. The dining area was very pleasant. They had a pool and a club. Overall, it was a very nice place. It had everything that I would want. One thing I liked about the room is it had a small refrigerator and a microwave in case I wanted to fix something for myself, but everything is furnished. They had a nice menu for their daily food. My room is more elongated, so I was able to put a couple of recliner-type chairs as well as have room for a Sleep Number bed. There was also room for a TV, table, and chairs if I desired. The length was nice, so I can put things in and not feel cramped. It has nice windows. I'm on the third floor and I see the treetops, so it's very pleasant. It's rated top overall. They have transportation and they have a gentleman there who will take you to your doctors' appointments.
