What I like about the Atria at the Arboretum is that there are a lot of friendly people living here. The food is OK and we have a nice apartment. The rent has gone up considerably, but I think that's true everywhere. So overall, we're happy. The staff has been very excellent to us. They provide breakfast and one other meal, either lunch or dinner every day. There are lots of activities if you want to participate, and lots of different classes to attend, and there's bingo and that kind of stuff. They need some help in terms of facilities, they haven't updated the carpet, and we've had a problem with water damage. We came down here two years ago and looked at several places at the time, and we thought that this was the best for us.

Atria at The Arboretum was beautiful. That was out of my parents' price range; I didn't think it was a good fit price-wise for them. The staff was great, the only drawback was the price. It seemed like a nice place.

Atria at the Arboretum was very well-appointed. The tour guide was great. She covered all the bases, and they followed up with a phone call the next day. The place was really good, although the bedrooms were a little small. The menu looked very good too. The dining room has a beautiful view, spacious, and very well-appointed.

As I visited this lovely facility during COVID-19, I wasn’t able to see the activities . However, I saw many residents moving around and going outside for walks. I liked the airiness and tastefully decorated Atria. . The apt. I looked at was roomy and had ample closet space. It was the only one of the many I visited that had a safe.

I like Atria at the Arboretum a lot. We have friends who already live there. It was all independent living, there was no assisted living, which is a little disappointing, because if we needed assisted living we would have to move. It's close to the JCC, they have lots of activities, a swimming pool, exercise room, and lots of activities. We've had meals there and we found the food to be pretty good. I liked the staff that we met there; they're nice people. We saw a couple of different styled two-bedrooms; they were nice. They had some pretty nice-looking rooms with different arrangements in terms of the kitchen and dining areas. They have a handicapped-accessible bathroom with showers, and they bring in entertainment. The building itself is beautiful.

Atria is like living in a luxury cruise ship. I’ve been living there for one and a half years. The staff is wonderful; they know everybody’s names. When you come to the dining room, you’re greeted by name, and it’s a very friendly, open place. They have wonderful exercise programs and programs to keep you mentally stimulated. The grounds were superbly maintained. Except for the buy-in, this is just one of the nicest places you could simply be.

Atria was the fanciest place we went to, and it’s a new community. You walk in, and this really has the feeling of a luxury hotel. There’s marble, and two living rooms where you can sit with friends near a big fireplace. They have a huge library. Their activities calendar was packed, and they had so much social stuff. They have games, field trips, and lecture series. Their dining room was like a 5-star restaurant, with huge, heavy, overstuffed chairs. There’s a beautiful view of the city from the dining area. The doctor makes house-calls there. There’s a general store on site. The staff was so sweet, so nice, and fall over themselves to be accommodating.

Atria had a hotel-like feel and was well maintained but pricey. It didn't feel as warm as the others, but it was very pretty and convenient to a lot of different things up North. The dining room was very nice, and they had a lot of activities going on.

The Atria at the Arboretum was a really nice place with a wonderful parking garage. What stopped me was that everybody I met was older than me. I'm 80 years old, and these people were 90, 95, and 100 years old; I just didn't fit in very well. The accommodations were great. I didn't have any problems with the accommodations at all. It's probably right for somebody but not for me. The apartments were really nice and well-kept, and they're really good people in there. They don't have much turnover in this place, so it's good from that standpoint because everybody's really old with some people in there for a long time.

The Atria is like a hotel. They take care of the amenities, and it is very upscale. They are pretty standard type rooms, nothing special. It is obviously very clean. The staff is very friendly, and their attitude is absolutely excellent. My dad has probably been there about a month.

I visited the place, and I loved it. It is gorgeous and fabulous. Most of the facilities have the same things, but I thought Atria has the best activities. They have activities that are very intellectually stimulating. They get people in there to talk about cool things like astronomy or philosophy. They have trips to like almost every play downtown. A lot of the facilities take them on trips, but not nearly as many as this one. They have a very different kind of arrangement on the rooms. One of them they call a one-bedroom with a study, but the study was a lot more because you could put a day bed over there. They are located in a great area in town. There is a lot of great shopping, and there's a lot of restaurants in there as well. The marketing gal was great, and the director gave me a follow up phone call. Everyone there was super nice. This is the best and the most expensive one I saw. I like the location, I like the room, and I think they have fabulous food. Of all the nice ones, I like this the best.
