My husband entered Arden Court 3-6-2020. It was one week before the COVID quarantine. I have not been able to visit for 4 months. The staff has been so helpful to keep me updated about his care. We chose this facility because it was for Alzheimer’s and dementia only. Lots of appropriate activities and outdoor space to roam safely. The staff is open to FaceTime and my husband always is well groomed and appropriately dressed when I call. My husband was a doctor and knowing him he would approve of this positive ,we’ll run, welcoming facility.

My wife and I were caring for my sister and knew that the time was coming that we would require help. One day we stopped at Arden Courts and asked for some info. We were given a tour of the facility and introduced to many of the staff. Our first impression was great, The facility was clean and did not smell like a hospital, some of the residents were walking the halls, there is a outside walkway that they (if able) can use. All in all my wife and I had a good feeling and when the time came we chose Arden Courts. Looking back we know that we made the right decision. The staff is excellent, caring, polite and attentive. Daily activities include exercise and mind stimulation. The food is well balanced and very good...Yes, my wife and I have eaten here several times. We feel that my sister is safe and in good hands and would definitely recommend Arden Courts to anyone in need.

How could this place have 5 stars ratings .. I took care my client there for a few days and the service was awful... One of cna was very rude.to the residents and to me as well..and the food they serve is awful.. Only gave it a two stars rating because some of the staff were friendly.. thank God my client's family moved her to a different memory care

We've found Arden Courts for my father-in-law. It's a complete Alzheimer's care unit. My mother-in-law chose it. She's still able to make decisions. It seemed to be the most caring and fit his needs better than any other place. They have a single room for each person. The staff is very capable and very kind. He likes the food fine. Down the street, there's an HEB grocery store.
