I went to Brookdale Sevierville. They have assisted living and memory care. We were not interested in memory care, but we looked at it only because we knew that it could be a possibility with my dad. What we liked the best was that their living space was an actual apartment, meaning the bedroom was closed off. There's a separate bedroom from the living room, and that was important to our parents. Also, they had some beautiful, secure ground, internal to the property, with raised beds, rocking chairs, and a gazebo. It's a nice space inside a closed courtyard. We felt that that's very important to our parents. Also, they didn't have walking trails on the outside, but the way the building was set up, you could do quite a bit of walking inside and that was another important thing that we are looking for. They have activities, but I also like that they had medical services that came into the property, anywhere from dental, to hearing, to therapy, to primary care, through UT Medical. You could change someone to be your primary care, nurse practitioner, and so forth. So instead of having to go out to all these doctor's appointments, a lot of them could come to them. We didn't meet any staff other than the lady who gave us the tour. She was very professional and answered all our questions and also, I called back and spoke with an individual as well, just asking additional questions. They're very forthcoming with their information. It was clean, but a little bit outdated.

My husband and I are looking forward to move into one of the apartments in Brookdale Sevierville. We visited the facility several times, both, announced and unannounced. Every time we were very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and by the positive mood of every resident we interacted with. Everyone seems to be very happy to live there and they were enjoying the many activities offered. We were invited to a meal and it was surpassing our expectations by far. We are very confident that we made the right decision to get on the waiting list and finally be able to enjoy our golden years, pampered, well cared for and most of all HAPPY!

I wanted to write a thank you for the gracious time taken by Amy in Sevierville, Tennessee to first list and understand about my mother and family and then to offer good suggestions and ask good questions to have me further considering the things we will want to think about as we make this move. We still have many IFs this was a first visit. My mother has several choices in different states so we are not ready to make a move quite yet, but I left the tour feeling as though our needs mattered and with a clear understanding of how the facility works as far as what is available and how to get going with a name on the list etc. I was able to meet 3 residents, see 1 apartment and some activities. Amy was very professional but also very approachable and ready to listen. I appreciated this very much. It is very early in our search but we can see that Brookdale Offers much to the senior and their family and they will certainly be in the high considerations as we move forward.

Brookdale Sevierville was very clean. We met a couple of the residents, and they were very nice and very personable. They had great things to say about the place. They treated us to lunch, and it was fabulous. We saw what the residents got to eat, and it looked fabulous and delicious, too. It's a well-kept facility. It was beautiful.

My husband is currently in Brookdale Sevierville on respite care. We toured the place and it was outstanding. They have very helpful and friendly administrators and staff and the place is exceptionally clean. When my husband went into respite care, his room looked like we were in one of our upscale timeshare units. I could not have been happier to leave my loved one in respite care at Brookdale. I have nothing but the most outstanding best to say about the facility and the staff. They have a beautiful outdoor space where the residents in the memory care area can sit and enjoy outside flowers and windmills, and just the sunshine. It was just exceptional. Their activities are excellent.

I toured Brookdale Sevierville. I loved the fact that it was so clean, the staff was so friendly, and the food menu looked amazing. There are lots of activities. The amenities were more than adequate. They have painting, bingo, and memory classes. The rooms were functional. Of course, everything was small, but they were functional and clean.

Brookdale Sevierville was a very nice facility. The person who prepares the meals sat down and explained how he did his meals and things like that, so that was very informative. He prepares all of his meals. He doesn't like to open up a can of soup. He makes soup from scratch, that type of thing, so that was pretty interesting. The staff did not take us through memory care. All she took us to was the assisted living area just because she did not have a memory care room available when we were there. They were expecting one to open up, but at the time we were there, they did not have one. The rooms looked very nice. They had a courtyard, a library living area, a little room where they did activities, and they had separate dining rooms. They said that they try to get them to come to the dining room to eat to have interaction with everybody. They had a variety of individual rooms and companion rooms, but I did not get to see how the companion rooms were set up. All we saw was just a single room. They had a beauty salon. The staff I met was very nice.

The only community I looked at was Brookdale Sevierville, and it was excellent. It was nice and kept very neat. The staff was very friendly. The people that live there seemed very happy. The staff who assisted me was very helpful. A lady was putting a puzzle together. I also looked at a room.

We toured Brookdale Sevierville. We saw both assisted living and memory care, but memory care was what my mom would need. Everybody was very professional and nice. The place was nice. It was all very good. The memory care was nice, it wasn't like the other assisted care, but it was nice. Maintenance all looked great. It was very well done. The staff who assisted me during the tour was very nice and very knowledgeable. She was very good. They have classes for the residents and other stuff, but we weren't there long enough to see them doing anything. We saw their dining area and the living areas. We saw what the room that she would be in looked like. I saw maybe three people, but all the staff called them each by their first names, and they all seemed quite content.

My mom moved into Brookdale Sevierville. It's been great. Even though she hates it, but it's been good. They have daily activities that go on. So it just depends on what she wants to do, which is not much right now. She's only been there three days. Her room was good. I haven't noticed anything bad. They have a nice courtyard. They've been great with the communication. I haven't eaten there. She says that the food is not that great, but she's in a situation now where she is just hateful of everything. I'm satisfied with Brookdale Sevierville.

We've chosen Brookdale Sevierville for my sister, and she's moving in next week. It's awesome; I would recommend it to anyone. It felt more like home. It did not feel institutional. The rooms were extremely clean and well taken care of. They will help you turn it into whatever you want it to be, and they will install anything you want. The have a professional chef and a very well-coordinated group of people that care about seniors. The residents were very cheerful. They greeted me, and every time I saw somebody, they would talk to me. They were very cheerful people. They have church, Bible studies, and activities. The food is awesome. When I get older, I'll go there too.

I had a good visit at Brookdale Sevierville. The lady was very informative and helpful. She took a lot of time to explain everything to me. She showed me around the place, and followed up several times with me. I was impressed with the facility and the services they provided. I just saw it briefly, but it looked good to me. They had a patio.

My uncle has been in Brookdale Sevierville for a week now. All the people were really nice. We visited three places, and everybody was nice, but Brookdale seemed a little "extra nicer." I dealt with Amy, the admissions staff; we dealt with a couple of nurses and the maintenance guy; and I give them all a "five." They have activities. I didn't get to see him doing any activities, but the place is excellent. They're great.

Everything with Brookdale Sevierville has been great, and we like it. It has a great atmosphere, and we haven't had any problems with the staff. My dad is in a studio apartment, which reminds me of a hotel suite. He loves the food, and he always tells me what they have for lunch or dinner and that it was good. They do crafts, have church groups come in and sing, do Bible studies on Sundays and Tuesdays, and take them out to Walmart once a week and on Sunday afternoon drives. They also have movie nights, theme nights, picnics and cookouts, tea parties, and a lot of activities. If the residents need to go to their doctors' appointments, they have a shuttle bus that takes them, and a nurse practitioner comes to the place. They have a beautician who comes in so if you need a haircut you just sign in and they give you one, and a podiatrist also comes in. They have a lot of things, so you don't need to leave.

She has moved in to Brookdale Sevierville and it is a very nice facility with great people. Our experience with it is excellent. The staff and facility are excellent and I'm very pleased. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and accommodating. There are a lot of activities like games, outings, in-house activities, and trips. It's just wonderful. The dining area is spacious, very nice, well-kept and clean, and the food is excellent. They have a menu that changes every day, which is very good.
