Beautiful people in a beautiful community. My mom was so happy there. Could not have picked a better assisted living.

Morning Pointe of Franklin is very nice. They have a separate building at the back which is for memory care, and my sister moved there. It's bright, light, they're high ceiling, and it's very new, about a year old. The hallways are wide, and it's well lit. The staff was very good, the rooms were very spacious, exactly what you need, a large bathroom, a large closet, they're new, and well taken care of. The dining area is not huge, it can sit 10 or so round tables that will sit 4 or more. The cost is good and lesser than the others, and it's a 1-story building which I liked. She's participating in all the activities, and they have pretty good activities, but I'm asking them to do more cognitive things.

We left my Mother-in-law at Morning Point for one week while we took a much needed vacation. We gave them the medicines she was to take which had been portioned out for morning and evening. When we picker her up, more than 50% of her meds had not been given to her. SHe complained that no one came to take her to meals and she was constantly hungry during her stay. She blamed us for the poor quality care she received and her mental condition took a huge step backward.

We are living in Morning Pointe of Franklin. It is very clean, the people are very nice, the food is good, and there's hardly anything to complain about. They have plenty of activities like cooking classes, painting classes, Bingo, and cards. They also serve three meals a day and the staff is very helpful.

I am in Morning Pointe of Franklin. It is a one-story complex and spread out, but not too big, with several different sizes of apartments and choices. I have a one-bedroom, though there are some two-bedrooms for couples, and the efficiency that's big enough for a sofa, chairs, tables, and bed. I have a small dog that lives with me, and there are two courtyards that are great and very convenient to take the dog out for a walk in. The amenities are fantastic. It is beautiful. Downtown Franklin is illustrated all throughout the property with pictures and murals on the walls of the courthouse, different parts of Franklin, and the things that you would see if you were a visitor. They have a beautiful library area with seating and four or five other areas that have seating where you could stop and rest or read a book, and they have puzzles set up. The dining area is very nice, and the food is good. There are three meals a day. The nursing staff is very good and very efficient most of the time. Like any place, it can get real busy, and they become a little slow. I think they do a wonderful job and are always friendly and nice. They never seem to be hurrying and that part I like a lot. I have been here for two months. It was a decision that I made on my own that I wanted to come, and I am very happy with my decision. When I saw the apartment that I would get, I was so pleased that I decided that day I didn’t have to go home and think about it because it was everything I had in mind that I wanted.

Morning Pointe is very elegant, clean, and new. It’s small and quiet. My mom seems to like to it, and the food is good. The staff is a little bit undertrained since it’s new, so sometimes I wonder if they know what they are doing, but they really try hard. So far, so good. Her room is really safe and cozy, and that’s good. She is a loner but goes out to lunch and dinner and participates in some of the activities. They have a lot of children and volunteers who come in, so there is always something going on. They have church service, meetings, and art classes.

I liked Morning Pointe of Franklin because it was new, clean, and nice. The staff was very friendly, and I liked them. The lady who gave the tour was friendly and helpful. The price was comparable to others.

We moved into Morning Pointe of Franklin. It’s a brand new place. The facility is good. There is a barbershop but no gym. The dining room is nice. Activities are good. We go on scenic drives. Yesterday, we went to farmers market.

Morning Pointe of Franklin is a brand new place -- only open for about 4 months. They placed my parents in an apartment that is very close and convenient to the dining area and to the main area because their mobility is very bad. It's just a beautiful place. They have the other levels of care that my parents needed, and it looks like a good fit.
