My sister-in-law and her husband stayed at Olive Branch Senior Living Community. They just didn't have the staff to be able to handle her husband's problem. He was bad about wandering off. The facility was secure, but not completely secure, so it presented some concerns that he may get away from them, which is why they moved him. They were not as equipped to handle some of the issues that they had and that was from a staffing standpoint. They didn't have the ability to deal with cognitive issues. They had some good activities, and it was very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating; it felt homey.

My father will be moving into Olive Branch Senior Living Community. It's a great place. Everything's up to par. The staff was very nice, very helpful, and very informative. They had more activities than where he's located now. They had exercises, shuffleboard, bingo, and live bands. It's like unlimited things they do around there.

Olive Branch was a very comfortable Christian family community led by caretakers who work very hard to make their residents happy and comfortable. I walked through with the general manager herself, and she was a kind, caring Christian woman who went out of her way to make sure that all of my questions and needs were met. The staff was most excellent. They're great people. It's very good, but it is an older facility and so some of their upkeep and cleanliness is not as high as some of the newer facilities, but it adds to the hominess and the charm of a facility like that. The staff was par excellence. They're the hardest working staff I've ever seen. The facility was a little more rundown, it's a little smaller and a little older, and that's not necessarily a bad thing, but it is what it is.

My mother-in-law will move into Olive Branch Senior Living. We toured the place, and it was great. The staff is knowledgeable, the lady who runs it is really nice, and they answered our questions. It's just what my mother-in-law needs. It's not too big, but it's enough that she can feel like she's on her own, and we hope she's going to be happy. She's in a room by herself, and the room will have a porch. She likes to walk outside, so she can go into a little area outside her room if needed. For us, it was convenient, it's closer to us, and if we need to go down there, we can bring her something.

I like it here. I enjoy the three meals a day. We have bingo and exercise twice a week. On Thursday nights there's entertainment. I have no complaints at all and I have recommended Olive Branch to three people.

My stepmother was admitted to this facility due to the proximity of family members that can take care of her and visit her regularly. She was admitted due to the onset of dementia. Most of her family is from the Dickson County area of Tennessee. We visit her once a month or so.The facility grounds are very well kept and it is a long, one-story structure. There are several entrances on each wing of the complex (besides fire exits) that allow the residents the opportunity to sit outside. The facility also is positioned off the main road on a side street. The staff is very, very helpful and checks on my step mother several times a day. They always seem upbeat and glad to be working there. She is able to generally take care of her own self, but does have some bouts with confusion. There is a beauty shop across the hall from her room and she visits once a week.We have had no complaints on the food that is served there. On every other visit, we will eat in the cafeteria with my stepmother; the food is that good.I highly recommend this assisted living facility and in over a year, we have had nothing to complain about the facility.

The facility seemed to be adequate enough to keep my great-grandmother comfortable and the staff actually seemed to care about her well-being and other issues. The staff members that we met the day of our visit were friendly, knowledgeable and always smiling. I believe that Olive Branch Assisted Living is a shining star among other local assited living facilites.
