MorningPointe of Columbia is one big family of caring & loving people. From the leadership of its director through the entire support staff, this facility is dedicated to personalized quality care. My mother loves everything about Morningpointe and has been happy and well taken care during her two years in residence. Thank you for giving her a safe and joyful home.

The residents at Morning Pointe of Columbia seemed to be more uplifted, kind of more towards my leanings as far as getting together and what-have-you. I think recreation and everything was quite comparable with the other community, but Morning Pointe seemed to be more along the lines of the way I perceive living in a community like that. They also serve three meals a day. They had two courtyards. The staff was very personable. Both places were on an even par with each other, but I tend to like Morning Pointe. But the feeling that I had caused me to choose Morning Pointe.

The people were wonderful at Morning Pointe Of Columbia. THey had a very, very warm staff of people. I took my mom to this community first. The food was delicious, and the rooms were smaller. The worst part about it was that they didn’t have closets; that’s the one thing that turned me off totally. There was a rack in the bathroom across the wall, but weren't any doors on it for your storage.

My grandmother is in Morning Pointe. The place is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. There is a receptionist and it is nice that when you walk in there is someone to greet you. We also like that it has a memory care and they are in the same building.

Morning Pointe of Columbia was very clean. The program was very well-organized. Everyone was team-oriented. They customize the program for the individual. It was very much like a family. The work ethics were very good. I didn’t have any suggestions for them. They were to-notch. We had a family member there.

Morning Pointe of Columbia was really nice and convenient. I thought their rooms were smaller than at the other facility I visited, but they were still good. The atmosphere seemed friendly. Everybody was friendly and playing cards. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was good.

It was nice at Morning Pointe. The rooms were roomy and nice. The staff was real friendly and helpful. It was very clean.

The residence was landscaped beautifully with garden-like areas for the people to sit in and relax. The overall look was clean and gave you a sense of calm and relaxation. Upon entering the building you were greeted by very friendly staff. I'd had experiences in the past where the staff was anything but friendly so that was a nice surprise. The food in the establishment was not normal icky cafeteria food. It seemed like family dinners and my grandmothers room was a bit small but she had everything the way she wanted it so it felt like home. The home had scheduled events and even dances and movie nights, knitting circles, a chess club and a book club.... and they had special day where they would have outings to parks or resturaunts and places of that natures. Overall I think she was happy there. It seemed that most of the patients were happy as far as I could tell. It wasn't exactly like being "home" but they did their best to make it seem so.
