This is an older facility that is clean and offers great care. My dad was a resident there for 6 weeks we could not have asked for better attention. He was always clean and he liked the staff and cutting up with them. On the day before and day of his passing, the staff not only tended to his every need they also took care of me and my two sisters. They provided privacy when needed and warm hugs when the time was right. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility.

My mother is at Valley Falls Terrace. I'm pleased with the environment and the atmosphere. The staff is very good. Everyone's very pleasing, nice and helpful. It's an old facility, but they keep it clean and neat.

Dad has been receiving good care at Valley Falls Terrace Nursing Home. He has a nice private room, and the staff does a good job with him. They listen to what we want, and they take good care of him. The food is pretty good. The place is clean, and we've been pleased with it.

When my sister-in-law first went to Valley Falls Terrace, they had told us that she would begin therapy to help her walk and stuff, but they haven't done that until this week. She's fallen three times and had really bad bruises on her head. They're trying to cut back on her medications, and now she has a UTI infection. She fell three times before they put a restraining belt on her wheelchair. I thought they should have done it after her first fall instead of waiting to see to it after three times. They'll push her up in front of the nurse's desk and let her sleep all day with her neck hung over. They should let her lay down when she gets like that instead of her sitting and straining. It's just little things that I feel they could improve. Valley Falls is an older place, but they keep it pretty well cleaned. My sister-in-law is in an OK, clean, private room. They seem to be taking care of her more now than they did, but my sister can't talk because she's in pain. The doctors should talk to us occasionally, but they don't, and it's hard to get any information from them. They do call me to inform me that they've changed her bed, but the doctors should talk to the family occasionally.

Terrible & rude Directing staff members. Lori, Director of Nursing is more concerned about having too much paper work than the care of the residents. Tucker, the Director of the facility is not in tune with the care of his residents or of their needs. Meals are poor. Many residents don't eat because the food is awefull.
