Park Pointe Village is a continuing care community and in their community, you will continue to be cared for regardless of your ability to take care of yourself. So, your care continues as your life declines and you don't have to pay anything in addition because you would have to pay upfront. That fee would cover the rest of your life. It's just that you pay a lot amount of money to get in.

Park Pointe Village was very nice. Their apartments were also very nice, and the place seemed comfortable. The person who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable and pleasant. They have an arts and crafts room, many activities, and a nice dining room. It seemed rather upscale. The room or apartment that we saw was well-appointed and spacious. They also have an outdoor dining/sitting area.

Park Pointe Village offers a variety from studio to a home. They're well-maintained and very friendly, and they have lots of facilities, activities for them to do, and healthcare available. The decor is very appropriate for the areas, and it's full of people enjoying different activities.

Park Pointe Village was top notch. I’d put it right up there at the top of my list, except the cost was a little higher than I would expect to pay. It’s spic and span clean and in a nice setting with lakes and some nice spaces to go if you have people visiting. They have a camper or a motorhome they can pull in, park, and visit.

I was very happy with Park Pointe Village, but I don’t think the physical therapy room was large enough. The staff was outstanding. The people living in that community were one of the friendliest bunch of people I’ve ever met. We went on a tour there at 11:30 a.m. and didn’t leave until 6:30 p.m.; the people were just so friendly. They had a lot of great activities, too, like Bible studies and church on Sunday morning. They had a women’s tea group meet up at 4 p.m. who allowed my dad to be part of that group, also. The food was really delicious, and the dining area was absolutely beautiful.

Park Pointe Village had quite a long waiting list of a year to a year and a half. Park Pointe was very appealing on several levels, but I decided to stay in Charlotte rather than move to Rock Hill. The community was very attractive, very nice, and pleasant. However, they did not have any apartments that I could visit. They didn’t have anything that was empty, so that was something that worked against them. They did have several activities. The biggest problem I had with them was that I could go into their main office, but they didn’t have anything else they could show me, so I really didn’t get a chance to see everything. However, if I move to Rock Hill, then I would definitely consider Park Pointe very carefully and very seriously. The dining hall looked pleasant.

Everything is warm and nice at Park Pointe, and the people are great there. My husband has been there for a month. He likes the food, and he’s happier. The staff is very nice and caring.

We picked Park Pointe Village primarily because it is convenient and a lot of our friends are there. It was the closest one to us. The rooms were very nice and roomy too.

My overall experience with Park Pointe was very good. It is an older community and has been there for a few years. They are very nice and offer about the same things except that they require a vast down payment. They have a swimming pool and an exercise room. They have transport to shopping centers and to theaters. You get one meal a day that is paid for, and they also have a coffee shop. The units are all equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave ovens, and a dishwasher. Some of them have washing machines, and some of them have a common washing machine. The staff has been really nice. They also offer assisted living. The residents are prioritized for a bed in assisted living should they require it.

Park Pointe Village is a nice community, and I was really impressed with it. The staff was very helpful. I was able to observe the dining room, and it was absolutely beautiful. I didn't observe any activities, but they gave me a brochure, and it is a very active community. It is secure and safe enough because it is a gated community. The other thing that impressed me the most about Park Pointe is that they have a long term care facility. You start with independent living, but you can have long term care which is very nice. It's all included in the price.

We have our names in at the Park Pointe Village and we're just waiting for an opening. This community has little houses, and it has continuing care. It has a lovely campus but probably not as big as the other one. Park Pointe Village is kind of in the country, so it is very quiet out there. They have a lot of activities too. They have a nice pool, and they have entertainment that comes in. They have all kinds of stuff. Regarding security, it is a gated community.

We thought Park Pointe was very nice. We were looking for a villa, and we were able to visit a couple of homes. It was quite enjoyable. The staff was very kind, and it worked out very well.

I've known about Park Pointe Village for years. My best friend lives here. The facility is small, comfortable, and very clean. The grounds are very nice. The people are extremely warm and hospitable and they are very eager to please you. It was a lovely facility.

The staff in this facility are extremely helpful and friendly. My grandmother stayed here for a year and was treated nicely. They offer programs for the residents to participate in such as physical and speech therapy. My grandmother enjoyed the workers here and they encouraged her along (which may have been hard to do at times :) ). She was never a huge fan of the food they served but it looked decent to me. The staff was also very helpful when we were looking for different options to recieve medical care. They informed us of all of the different programs my grandma qualified for. As with all nursing homes, it was extremely expensive but that is what happens when you have 24/7 medical care. It's difficult for me to give a nursing home a 5 star rating because no one is ever in a good circumstance when they are having to look into a nursing home but Willowbrook does a very good job. This facility also has assisted-living apartments.
