My mom was a resident of Oak Harbor Care Center. They were caring and they took care of her very well. She was in the shared room, and that was not a problem. It might have been better for her to have that social interaction. This place is affordable and they have everything they need. We were there when she was eating and the food looked fine, and she enjoyed it all. She is getting all the care she needs and social interaction she needs at a normal price.

This is truly a wonderful facility. My brother is living in Mt. Pleasant Manor in Charleston, SC and I live in Atlanta, GA. However, I have never had to worry about his care. This is a blessing. I am thankful for the staff at this facility. I have had family members in the past and currently residing there. The facility is always clean and the staff members are friendly and professional. I can rest assured my loved ones are safe, fed, bathed, given their medications timely,go on outings, get to exercise and have outside entertainment. The rooms are cozy and with updated electrical beds. I was fortunate enough to meet the staff and experience a southern hospitality. I noticed the staff doing a great job with activities. The residents were enjoying playing bingo with enthusiasm. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to bring the entire family and enjoy the holidays with my loved one. Thank you for making memorable moments for me and my family.
