I lived here three years the employees are very nice to me! The food is great! When I first came here I was180 ponds, I am now at 205. The rooms are very nice. Bingo is a favorite pass time. They are doing a great job keeping us safe from the covid 19. I love the attitude the staff acts towards the residents here!. Some of the employees here help with meals on wheels. They also distribute the medicine in a proper way. The med, techs have a lot of experience! The workers keep a smile on their face! I try to stay in shape my lifting weights.

I had an in-person tour of Windsor House. The people are very friendly and forthcoming with the information and stuff about the place. It was just a good visit. The staff members are very friendly. They made us feel at home. We're very comfortable talking to them, and we felt like a part of the family. They were having some renovations. They were having some flooring done to make it a nicer place. They had lots of things to do. They have a beauty salon. It looked like the people that were there were very comfortable living there.

We weren't impressed with Windsor House because the hallways were narrow, and the menu was limited. It didn't feel like it was a good fit. They showed us the rooms and I wasn't as impressed with them. They were not as large or as nice as the rooms at the other place. They mentioned activities but based on what I had seen up to that point, I wasn't that impressed. We didn't interact with the staff. The whole tour wasn't good. It seemed like they were more distant from everybody else.

I was able to tour Windsor House for my mother-in-law. It's currently being remodeled and the price was reasonable. I didn't see anything negative about the building or anything while we were there, and the staff was extremely nice and friendly. The staff was very nice and friendly. They have a beauty salon, they've got physical therapy, and they have everything that she'll need, including social activities.

We went to Windsor House. We liked it. The overall tour experience was great. We thought it was a nice community, but we haven't taken my dad over there yet. The only thing we didn't like about them was the fact that my dad had to eat his meals in the dining room. But there are a lot of days when his blood sugar is off and he can't make it to the dining room, so that's a little up in the air for us. The staff were wonderful though. We liked the layout. The room was a decent size. They have lots of activities. They have in-house health care, which is important to us. The staff are very friendly and attentive to the residents' needs. They know them by name and reach out to them, and I like that. The place is clean and very nice.

I went to Windsor House. They were friendly, but it was not as impressive as the other place I visited. It's an old building and it doesn't have the modern touch like all the others. The outdoors was pleasant and well taken care of.

I went to Windsor House Greenville. It was very nice. Another thing I like about it is that it's family-owned, so there's some more direct contact with the residents. They have little rooms that they live in, and they had good energy and it was friendly. It seemed like they cared about the residents. The person that gave me the tour was very knowledgeable, he was one of the high-level administrative people so he was very qualified. There are trees around there, it's a wooded lot and it's off of the main artery in Greenville. I was in the back and I saw trees right there. Their rooms were about 300 square feet, it's the standard, and the largest is 305 square feet. They have 24-hour a day supervision by qualified staff, and table service with meals planned by a registered dietitian. There's a cozy fireplace and living room area, a private library, a large sunroom, and a covered patio area. They also have local transportation provided, activities for all resident levels, cable TV, and housekeeping and maintenance.

We completed the tour at Windsor House. It was great. We went into the facility and talked with the assistant director and one of the nurses. Then they took us around to the rooms that were available on the backside and let us go into the rooms and see them. We were pleased with it. It was immaculate. The staff said they were fixing to get a facelift, have the walls painted, a new carpet, and everything, and she said that was coming very soon. She was a 5. She was very personable and knowledgeable. We saw the menus and what they were having. We didn't try the food, but we saw the meals at the dining room, and they looked very appetizing.

My parents were in Windsor House Greenville for three months. They had a large 1-room and a large bathroom. The people were very helpful and it was always very easy to get in touch with someone. During the corona virus they have always answered phone calls and called us back, so we were very pleased with them. My dad has improved enough to go home. The staff was kind, personable and professional. They also had single rooms, my parents' room was the next size up. There was just enough space for a sitting area, television, you could have fit a college size refrigerator, they had a queen bed, recliners, a lamp, table and TV. They also had larger rooms but they were all filled. Since my parents were there during the quarantine, they couldn't do the activities that they usually do. They normally have trips to Walmart or Target but of course they couldn't do that. For a while they were keeping residents in their rooms, at some point during that time they were doing some crafts and parties on special days. They also have a TV room, a library, a sun porch, and they had a lot of little sitting areas they could go to.

The living atmosphere at Windsor House was very good. When we toured, they were playing bingo in the common area and everybody was enjoying that. All the residents that we saw were very friendly. I asked a couple of them how they liked it, and they like it there. There was a person we knew who lived there that we visited before, and she was very happy there. The staff who gave us the tour was very nice, I also spoke to the director and the activities director. She was very friendly, informative, and gave us information that we needed. The only thing about this place was that they didn't have a memory care unit, and we knew that we would need that down the road. That was our only complaint about that place. We saw the dining area but it wasn't during mealtime. They had a lot of activities planned, the only thing we saw was them playing bingo when we were there, but they had different activities during the day. All I can say is that, the person we knew who live there and her family members were happy and they thought it was wonderful.

I'm happy with Windsor House. It's a smaller community and they're very attentive. It's not as modern. It's an older facility, but my mom is very happy there. They play typical games like bingo three times a week, they play cards, and watch movies. So far they've caught my mom's interest. It's also affordable compared to the rest. The place is clean.

My sister is in Windsor House, and everything is good and clean. The staff is good. I don't have a problem with them or the facility. It's an older building, but it's kept up well. They have good activities, like all kinds of crafts, bingo, and trips to different places.

Windsor House was great. I liked that place a lot and was very pleased with it. The dining area was nice and clean. It seemed like a nice place. They gave me a good tour, and I saw the little gym and library, which I was very pleased with.

We went to Windsor House. It was very clean. They had good food. The only thing about this community is that they wanted my aunt to share a room. She did love the food. That was a good experience. They had good food, and she liked it, but it was out of our price range. Then they wanted us to put an extra $500 down.

We ended up renting an apartment at the Windsor House. It had a very welcoming feel to it, like you were entering a home, and was not very institutional. They’ve been very eager to assist in any way they could. I’ve been able to be there at various times during the day, and every shift is very personable and very caring. They’re going out of their way to be sure that my mother feels at home, looking after her, and being sure that she has what she needs.

My aunt lived in Windsor House Greenville, so my mother went there before she had to go to skilled nursing. The staff was outstanding other than some issues with medication not being started back or running out of medication and not notifying us on time. The food was wonderful. They had activities everyday, but not as much as some of the other places do. The medication issue was really the only concern that I had. My mom actually had a stroke at that facility. It's not policy for them to check on her during the night, but if somebody had just checked on her during the night, she wouldn't be in the situation she is in.
