Greenville Post Acute was very nice and clean. My friend went there for rehab and then it got a little more extensive than that. They've got flowers and places to sit. It's small, but it's a very nice building. It's well-kept and I was impressed. The staff is very nice and helpful. They did their best to help him. I went through an area where there was a big table, and people sitting around, talking, playing games, and watching TV. He is in a private room and it has everything in it. It was well equipped and it's got everything that a person would need. There was a single bed, TV, and windows. It was a little lacking of seating there, but other than that, it was a nice room.

This is the worst facility I’ve ever visited. Very dirty & very rude and unconcerned staff. My relative has unclean wound & bed sores. Fed old food. It’s very disturbing. LPN’s are very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in here.

My aunt is in Greenville Rehabilitation and Healthcare center. It's a nice facility, she gets three meals a day with snacks in between, she gets baths, they get her up, and they have activities for them to do. They did some remodelling to improve the look of the place, and it doesn't smell horrible when you walk in. It's a clean place and they keep it clean. The staff has been really helpful, the administration is really helpful, they are concerned about her health, they try to get everything she needs, and the nurses are very informative. They call me when there are changes in her medication and tell me the reason why. They keep me informed on everything and they communicate very well. It would be good if they had more parking. They have bingo and church services.

OMG! My 86 year old mother was sent there after many falls and a week in GHS. I got there first and was shocked. They are doing a refurbishing but mold around her air conditioner is NOT acceptable. Broken dirty tiles in a shared bathroom. The dining area consisted of 4 tables and some mismatched chairs just slung all over. Nothing bright or cheery in the whole place. I got to work right away to have her moved and that took place the next day, thank God!

I have a loved one that is a resident at Greenville Health and Rehab and has been for about a year now. She has been in 4 other facilities before I finally found her "home". She and I both love the staff at Greenville Health and Rehab and they absolutely adore her. She can be very difficult and refuse care at times but they are so loving and patient with her and have a way getting her to come around. I am a Registered Nurse and have been for 20+ years and have many years experience in long term care facilities and this staff and facility is absolutely amazing. I do plan to place my on mother in this facility when her health progresses past the qualifications for her present Assisted Living Facility. Thank you so much to ALL of the staff at Greenville Health and Rehab for loving and taking such wonderful care of my Max. We love you all. Lisa Keller, RN

Grady H Hipp was all right. However, they didn't give a lot of attention to their patients. They have professional nurses but they also had a lot of caretakers that were from halfway houses. Since they used a lot of people that were incarcerated, they didn't give enough attention that a normal hospital would give. I wouldn't recommend this place to others.
