My Mama became a resident, hesitantly at first, after living alone for quite some time. After a week she was "at home"! Once again involved and enjoying her life. The loving care she received and friendships she made at Morningside made her last days so enjoyable and happy. I can not say enough about the staff and the quality of care they provided. It was such a wonderful experience for Mama and for her family to see her happy, loved and involved. Thank you Morningside for giving our family this great gift.

After visiting all of the assisted living facilities in the vacinity, my family and I decided upon Morningside for our Mom. The Staff is professional and caring and most have been at Morningside since it opened. It was important to us for our Mom to have a safe, clean, loving home. She is happier and healthier than she has been in quite sometime. The activities are fun and simulating, her meds are moniitored and she loves the meals. I would highly recommend Morningside to anyone. The personal attention to detail and excellent care is a comfort to our family,

My 98 year old father has been at Morningside of Georgetown since September. My sister and I visited Morningside before we moved our father there and we were very impressed. Since moving him to Morningside and visiting two or three times a week we have fallen in love with the staff and business personnel. They take an interest in each and every occupant. The building is always clean, they do their laundry (pick it up and bring it back), feed them three good meals a day (my sister eats with him several times a week and loves it) and helps him bath three or four times a week, whenever him makes a request. Each occupant wears a call buttons around their neck and someone is always there to take care of their needs 24/7. They also have interesting performers come in to entertain, take them on trips (if they are able), play bingo and numerous other activities. I personally do not think there is another assisted living facility near Georgetown that comes up to their standards. I would recommend Mornngside to everyone looking for a safe and happy place for any of their family.

We also went to Morningside of Georgetown when we were looking a facility for my ex-husband, and they were a little expensive. The facility's concept is like a hotel. I didn’t tour the whole place, but from what I saw, the dining room is nice. Each resident does have a pager so that if something goes wrong, the staff would know.

We decided to pick Morningside of Georgetown for my mom. At this point, she has been there for three months, and I absolutely have no problem with them. The staff is professional and they know what they're doing.

From what I saw the residents are happy and have a lot of good stuff to say about the staff there. The staff seems to be friendly and from the 3 times I went their they are always happy and I get a good vibe from them. The facility is always clean and they have events for the seniors that live there to keep them busy and occupied. The other facility I visited was with my aunt she has a friend that lives there and that place was nice but not as good as Morningside to me. I think that it is important that an assisted living place should fit the need of the individual and someone should always do research when it comes to placing a family member in a place like that. I would suggest Morningside to another person if I had to recommend a place. I can say that I was a little jealous because of the different activities that they have to keep the residents entertained while they live there.
