This place is run down. They are way understaffed. Residents are not receiving proper care. Call lights do not got answered promptly. My mother in law has waited for a hour sometimes just for the light to be answered. They have "emotional support" dogs that are brung in by the staff that pee and poop everywhere and its not properly cleaned up. I don't recommend bringing your family member here!

This place is always understaffed. Some staff are over-the-top great! The good staff are far overworked. Because it is so bad to work there, they can't keep good staff so that have a lot of pool staff. They don't treat the patients very well, kind of borders on neglect. My family member has no movement from the neck down, and the staff take forever to come to the patients when they put the "light" on, if they don't just turn the light off. I don't know what activities they have, they seem to meet in front room during the day. This place has no space set aside for families. We meet as a family up there two times a year, and we have to beg for a room and we can only have it till like 5pm. It's not my choice for her to be there, but they do allow smoking.
