I was at Greenville Center for three weeks for rehab. The place is lovely, the grounds beautiful. If you go outdoors there's a beautiful view of the lake. I received excellent care, the rooms were clean, the staff friendly and always willing to do what they could to make me more comfortable. Sorry, but the food was really bad. I was admitted unable to walk or stand. In the short time I was there I learned how to shower by myself, dress myself and get around in a wheelchair, eventually being able to use a walker. I was able to walk out of there, get into the car and climb the stairs to my home. I have continued to improve with out patient therapy.

My sister is in Greenville Center up until today; I was very satisfied. She had an appointment with the orthopedic doctor because she had fallen originally, and I was waiting at the orthopedics place. She never showed up with the ambulance that was going to take her. She said that the appointment was canceled and rescheduled. The nursing home didn't call me and tell me that. Instead, I went out there and just waited, waited, and waited. I'm very disappointed. I've been trying to call them since I've gotten back home, and nobody answered the phone. She seems pretty happy there. I think she is happier there than she was when she was living independently. I asked her, "Do you want to stay here? Do you like this place? Yeah." I think she doesn't want to go back to where she was because she was alone. I guess there is a little bit more interaction because she sees people coming in and out of the room and stuff like that. I really don't particularly like that setting. I mean, she'll be in with another person so that's another drawback. I was hoping that they would have a private room for her, but I don't know whether they said they didn't have one, or maybe they don't give private rooms out to people who are on long term care. There was just one day since she's been there, they took her out of her room and said, let's go play bingo. That's the only interaction I've seen with any of the members. The room is kept OK. I think the food is very good, and they give you good portions.

HORRIFIC PLACE!, My loved one was sent there for rehab for his knee , they kept him so medicated on pain medicine, yet wouldn't give him hi's antibiotics. This place is disgusting, dirty and smells terrible, the staff are rude and confrontational when I found him laying in his pee and feces for hours I was very livid. The worst place! Please if you have a loved one there get them out.! As we did.

My mother in law is here . It's so disgusting , dirty , smells . They leave her in bed all day . She had feces under her nails . I can't do anything because other family members are in charge . So sad she has to live the rest of her life like this .

My father-in-law is at Greenville Skilled Nursing and Rehab currently, and they are not good at all. They are awful. The place is dirty, and the people are terrible. They don’t speak English, and I don’t have problems with people not speaking English, but they don’t talk to you respectfully and they are rude. It's worse, and I wish that he could leave. The only reason why he is there is because it is conveniently located for my mom, who drives back and forth. It's a terrible and horrible place. I don’t like it at all. The food is awful.
