My mother was a resident in the Terrace 2 different times. The 1st time was several years ago and the care was adequate and caring. Several months ago was a different story. The entire Wellington facility has become a corporate nightmare. The care has gone down and the staff are overworked. They have the minimal staff required and many residents are not being provided the care they deserve and are unsafe as a result. We were mid-led frequently and my mother had several falls and injuries which were unexplained and we felt covered up. Please don't trust this facility until they make major changes!

My 76 year old father was in a very bad car accident in which he broke both his legs and had a total hip replacement. After his stay in the hospital, he could not go home as he was unable to bear any weight on his legs for 8 weeks. After some research on nursing facilities, I chose Wellington Terrace for him. I am very happy I did and so is he! Wonderful staff, very attentive, clean facility and excellent food! Couldn't be happier!

My wife recently had surgery and went to Wellington Terrace for rehab. We're very impressed with this facility. It was recommended to us by the surgical team from the hospital. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, and the food is outstanding. It's conveniently located and easy to get to.
