My mom moved into Woodcrest Senior Living Community last Monday. I love the community. It's safe. The employees are completely wonderful. They're all polite and accommodating. I've never seen a high level of care. The place is clean as clean can be. They have a chapel. They have a lot of Christian-based things going on there, like Bible studies, which I like. It's great. There's nothing I don't like about it. It's beautiful. And they do everything for my mom. The staff is great. I've never seen people like that. They're polite and well-groomed. They do their job, and it's amazing. I've never really seen anything like this because I've gone to some places and been in places where people are taken care of, and it's way above the rest. They have all kinds of activities. They have bingo and games. They have a puzzle room. They have a chapel. They have church on Sundays for the people. They have music. Sometimes people come in and play. They had a chalk artist there last week. There's always something going on. They post activities every day, what's going on, what time and where, so people can go to what they want to be a part of. It's nice. We compared it with other homes out in the area. This place is way above the rest. It's an amazing place.

Woodcrest Senior Living Community was very nice. They had activities while we were there. They also had a nice chapel area and daily devotionals, which my dad liked. Their menu had a nice variety. When we first looked there a month ago, they were serving the resident's breakfast and lunch in their own apartments and bringing everybody down to the dining hall for dinner. They said that it might be changing already because some COVID rules are lifting. They seemed very people-oriented too, because they really want to individualize the care they provide and help the people.

My mother moved into Woodcrest Senior Living Community. They take care of her pretty well. I like how clean it all was. Everybody seems so caring and their living quarters are clean and updated. Some of their activities is bingo, exercises, they have singing, there's a choir, and religious stuff like masses and religious services. My mom says the food there is good and she loves the food. As of right now I have no complaints. Their facilities are pretty modern and well-kept. In terms of value for the money, it's a little higher than some but also lower than others.

My dad moved into Woodcrest Senior Living Community. It has been really great and everyone is super nice. The attendants check on him frequently and assists him with anything he needs. The food is wonderful, I ate a meal with him. It's very clean and they give him his medications on time, it's lovely. And his apartment is wonderful. They are 3 to 4 activities every day. They do crafts, they have church and bible studies, and they have an activity director that's wonderful. They have a formal dining room with linens, crystals, you name it it's beautiful, really. They provide three meals a day. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and anything I ask or he ask of them they do. I have no complaints. The value for money is adequate, and it's the same amount as other places we've looked at. But in this community he's allowed to use an electric wheelchair unlike other places, that's why we picked this one.

I liked Woodcrest Senior Living Community very much, but you have to share washers and dryers, and that didn't make me very happy. The staff was all very personable and the clients seemed very happy. The one-bedroom apartment was more than enough and I was pleased with it. I would highly recommend the facility. It's extremely well kept, and the staff and clients were extremely pleasant. Everybody seemed happy. It seemed to run very smoothly. They have a very big activity list. They have three levels of care. If you go to the next level of care, the care comes to you in your apartment, but if you need skilled around-the-clock nursing, they don't have that. It's nice financially. This is in Southwest, Pennsylvania, so it's very economical. Everything is on a single floor, so you don't need to go outside, but it's also off the main street/a highway, so you can walk outside. Everything was very good about it. I was very pleased with the staff, the clients, the facility, and all that they had to offer.
