I am actually very happy here in Mount Sinai Apartments. It is a senior building, and they are not subsidized, but the rent is very reasonable. You pay the rent and the electric and, of course, whatever cable and telephone, and that's it. My apartment is beautiful, very spacious, and very comfortable. They have maintenance people here and a management person who comes in on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They don't provide meals. We kind of plan our own events, but we have an event room down in the basement. It is a fully finished basement where some people have apartments also. We have an event room and our own laundry room down there. I thought it would be nice if an event planner was part of the package. Most of the apartments here include a living room, kitchen, a large bedroom, and a bath.
