My mother-in-law moved into Spring Mill Pointe. It seems very clean, very well maintained, it's on a beautiful property, and they offer a lot of activities in normal times. The financial information was suitable for us, and the family agreed that it would be a good fit. So far, I'm satisfied.

Spring Mill is the one my father chose because it is homier than the other ones. My mother likes to go to their prayer service every Wednesday. They have a lot of activities, like bingo, and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We switched them to the doctor who comes to the facility once a month or as needed. The food was really bad at first, but we brought it to their attention, and they are working on it. They work really hard on any concern that you have. The staff is wonderful, very friendly...

I moved my Aunt with Alzheimer's into this facility in March. I visited most of the facilities in the area, and Spring Mill out shined them all. From my first appointment with Lisa, to the daily updates with Nurse Jean, I always felt like they cared about what was best for my loved one. Spring Mill was a really decent facility, and my experience when we were there was positive. My mother used to be a singer, and I'm a singer, so when the musician was there, she would hand out music to them, and people would sing along. They also had somebody come in to do exercises, and everybody was always out of their room and in the community area. To that point, there were a lot of positives about that facility. Spring Mill Presbyterian Village is in the neighborhood not far away from where I live. What I liked about the place is that they have independent as well as the assisted living. In the independent living, you would have your apartment and even if you ended up needing some personal care you could still stay in that apartment which was really good.
