Cambridge Ebensburg is quaint, and there's not a lot of residents in the memory care. My dad is getting a little bit more attention than he would have from some of the other ones that are more packed. My interactions with the staff have been good. Most of them have given me their personal numbers to call them or text them, so that I can keep an eye on him or even Facetime him.

Overall, the maintenance of Cambridge Ebensburg Retirement Community is between good and very good. The facility looks pretty nice. The common areas are very nicely furnished. The food for the most part is very good. The big problem is they have minimal staff and seem to have trouble keeping staff. They don't change my friend's diaper often enough, and she's caught an infection. That troubles us. The administration is not very open to criticism.
