Overlook Ridge provides independent senior living with nursing and rehabilitation services in a welcoming, home-like environment. The one-bedroom apartments at Overlook Ridge have their own tea kitchens and private bathrooms. Staff at the facility can provide assistance with some activities of daily living, as well as medication monitoring and reminders.

Seniors who live in the Overlook Ridge facility get two meals prepared daily and served in the common dining room area. Residents can also opt to take meals in their private apartments. Laundry, housekeeping and transportation services are provided at no additional cost, as are occasional meals with guests. Heat, cable TV and utility service are included in the monthly fee. Residents can summon help from the staff 24 hours a day for maintenance and emergency response.
