My mother was at Falling Spring Nursing for rehab, and the service was OK, but it has a lesser reputation around this area. She got adequate care even if they are full and have a lot of residents. They have fair amount of turnover as I have seen their ads on the paper; they always hire people. I think they have some staffing issues. Cleanliness was not bad.

My husband has been at Falling Spring Nursing and Rehab since February 2013. It was under county management until the spring of last year and then it was sold. It was under private management now. They take good care of him, but I think their communication is something to be desired. They have nice musical programs, they give medications and there’s a doctor in-charge and they take him to doctor’s appointments.

this place has decreasing ratings. the staff is terrible. tried for over a week to get a call back from the finance office and am still waiting. terrible service. you ask a question; they don't know the answer so they never call back. I don't know what they do all day that they can't make call backs in a reasonable time.
