My aunt has moved into Riverview Terrace. We looked at several places, and that's the one she really liked. It's independent living with the possibility of moving to assisted living down the road. She really liked it a lot. She liked the fact that they were accommodating in getting her a beautiful view of the river and a room with a terrace. She liked the dining room a lot. She liked the fact that they had remodeled the whole place. There was a pub down below where she could have her own bottle of scotch. They've been very accommodating for her regarding when she could move in and all of that. It's kind of an unusual circumstance, because she's been living in Mexico for twenty years and all of her stuff is still down there. She's had a very hard time getting her stuff up. (As a matter of fact, I'm hoping it's in transit right now, but I'm not sure.) She just bought a few things to be able to move in and kind of camp out there until her stuff arrives, and Riverview Terrace has been very accommodating with that. There was a bulletin board that had a whole list of stuff they could do. From what I saw, it was a beautiful place. This is actually a place with a view of the river, and it has terraces in the room. So that was a plus. The rooms were beautiful. The dining area, the lobby, and everything was really nice and clean. She believes she's getting value for the cost.

We liked Riverview Terrace. It was very clean, updated, and we felt like Reagan, the gal that we visited with and who took us to show the rooms, was very attentive and had a great personality. We liked her. Their one-bedroom was nice and they had a calendar with all kinds of activities. They had a community kitchen, laundry room, and a lot of nice amenities. We liked that they had guest rooms. So, if dad wanted to have any of his children or grandchildren come visit him, they would have a place to stay. The lobby area was big and open, and they also had a little cocktail lounge area with a piano that the family could come to. We really liked the indoor dining, as well the outdoor dining area that overlooks the river. I was really impressed with that. The hallways were wide, well-lit, and open. There were indoor activity rooms that had a quite extensive schedule, as well as the transportation available to get to and from grocery stores. The parking seemed adequate. We looked at several places in Roseburg and he liked this one the best.

We went to Riverview Terrace. We liked the size of the units, the location, and all the amenities they provided. We also liked the nice, wide hallways and the cleanliness.

Riverview Terrace seemed to be very well maintained. The person that was doing the tour seemed to be very knowledgeable about everything that was going on there. I like that there are some different options for room size. There seemed to be quite a few activities that people could go to if they wanted. I know that they have an exercise class and they have a tour bus, they have places that they take people to. They have a patio, a TV room, a game room, a nice restaurant area, and a nice lobby area. Everything looks nice although I think the outside area could be a little nicer.

My tour experience at Riverview Terrace was nice. We didn't spend as much time there as we did at the other facility. My father became dizzy and weak, and we had to leave. So we had to cut that visit a little bit short, but it was good. We saw a studio apartment. It was nice, and it had a very nice view. Our tour was very short, so I wasn't quite as impressed with them. However, they had a patio which was accessible from the room, and it had a great view of the river and the park, so that was quite nice. The facility was well maintained and very nice.

Riverview Terrace is a nice place, the staff is great and friendly, and it's convenient for me. They offer meals between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. We have entertainment as much as we can have with COVID. The food is institutional, but it's a nice facility.

We are generally happy with Riverview Terrace Roseburg. It's an overall clean and nice community. The staff has been fine and really good. My mom has a really nice apartment there, it's clean and painted when she moved in so we have no problems there. They have music festivals, but they don't have a lot of activities at this point. They have transportation to local areas if needed, like the grocery store. The dining room is currently closed down because of the virus, so their meals are all delivered to their rooms. They're overpriced, but generally all senior communities are.

Everything about Riverview Terrace was positive. The rooms were really nice, but I was not impressed with the cabinetry in there. The dining area looked nice. The calendar was full of good activities for different interests. The residents looked happy. There was an activity going on in one room, and the staff was interacting with the residents in a very positive way. It's like being in a nice fancy hotel, which my mother would love.

This is a great place to live. Has assisted care, independent care and retirement living. Lots of activities indoors and out, trips and excursion. Dining room open from 6:30AM to 6:30PM, open menu, no special seating. Great food, caring staff, lots of entertainment, and grounds are pretty also.

I was impressed that Riverview Terrace had a furnished apartment. If you make arrangements in advance, the person that's considering living there can spend the night for up to two nights, so they can see the kind of activities they have and what life is like there. The woman I spoke with was awesome. It's a great facility.

We visited Riverview Terrace. It was very nice, and the staff was very pleasant and outgoing. The have individual apartments, the rooms were very nice, big, and livable. The dining area was very nice, you had a menu to choose from, it was more open arrangement where you didnt have to be on a specific schedule for meals, and they offered a wider variety of snacking possibilities. I like that. I talked to a couple of the residents and they said the food is pretty good. I think there was an exercise program, TV with movies, and trips you can go on.

I chose Riverview Terrace because when I walked into the lobby there was no odor. The place was immaculate. It is very pretty. It has lots of nice grounds to it. It is just a very pleasant place to walk into. The apartment is alright. It is a very lovely place. Everything I looked at in there, I approved of. I had lunch there and it was excellent. The restaurant is open all day long; you can go anytime you want. They have a very lovely menu too. They change it every two months. They have a salad bar. It is like living in a hotel. The person who assisted me was very good.

Riverview Terrace is very nice. We have been here for 16 months now. They have all kind of activities, like scenic drives and music a couple of times a week. There is something going on all the time in the community, like wine tastings on Thursdays with a band, and Saturday, down in the lobby, they have somebody who comes in and plays either the piano or the accordion. There is always something going on. Memorial Day is coming up, and they're going to have a barbecue. Mother's Day just passed and they had buffet. The food is very good. It's open dining. They're open for breakfast. They have featured menus for each day of the week, but then they have other things on the menu. If you don't like what they're featuring, then it is easy to figure out what you want to eat. You also have a small two-burner stove and a refrigerator in your apartment, so you can always keep things in there for yourself if you're not interested in going down for a meal.

I liked and favored Riverview Terrace because of being able to walk outside and being close to the river. It was an excellent location for family to visit me. The staff was very helpful, very pleasant, and cordial.

I like Riverview Terrace very much. It is like living in a resort. I have a two-bedroom apartment in a beautiful spot that is well decorated and very nice. The food is excellent. We can eat anytime between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. We have games like bingo and pinochle, an exercise class, and trips. It is expensive but not as expensive as the others.
