I am a resident of Northridge Senior Living. It has very light-width windows. It's very sunny. It's very pretty and open. There's a pathway around it to walk. It's just a very nice area. They have a bus that takes you to the doctor or shopping and goes to the mall. They have activities such as board games and picnics. The staff was very personable. They're just there for you if you need them, and the community offers a lot.

The room my relative is in isn't really wheel chair accessible and neither is the bathroom which is Huge downfall. we've witnessed on several occasions that care staff were sick and the boss had them come in anyways instead of helping cover a shift. I feel like the carestaff is overworked and understaffed. I rarely ever see the boss working the floor or helping staff. There's been several times I've visited and had to take incont trash out for my relative due to trash not being picked up for several days. I've had to do laundry as well due to laundry not being done. The carestaff boss is really intimidating to talk to / and is all about herself. Besides these issues the building is beautiful. The food is great dining staff is wonderful. Owners are kind and loving.

My Dad moved in just 4 months prior to his passing. I’m so grateful we found this place for him. The staff and residents were so welcoming and kind to him. The food was good. The care was excellent. Dad had previously been in one of the big corporate assistant living places just up the road. The contrast between the two is incredible. Northridge is a special place.

My mom moved into Northridge Senior Living. It's a smaller, more intimate, and personable environment. The owner is on the property. His family works there as well. He has a daughter who took my mom personally under her wing. The vibe of the community is very Christian. They have church service on the property and Bible studies, which is my mom's thing. Her apartment is a one-bedroom. She has a deck where she's able to get out with her coffee in the morning and read. She feels very safe in there. Her room is lovely. The food could be better. To have people living around her who are friendly, and she doesn't feel awkward, she just flourished. Her health has gotten better. The entire family has just seen a marked improvement.

My parents moved in. It's a very good experience, and they are very pleased. The staff is fabulous, the room is adequate, they really appreciate the amenities, having the food prepared, cleaning, and the transportation. They're very pleased that even though they're in independent living they can transition to assisted living, which they may need. They have food services, and just having socialization, and having people around them instead of being stuck in their home, they really appreciate the social aspect.

It was alright, and the rooms were like the other community I visited. It was very appealing and everything looked great in it. We knew a couple who lived there and they were very happy there. We were invited to try the food, but we didn't follow up.

My husband and I had stayed here, and it was excellent. We would probably go back there at some point. We had a one-bedroom apartment. It was very nice with plenty of space. The food service was a little slow, but the food was good. The offered a lot of things. They do grocery runs and doctor runs. They had concerts once a week where they brought some entertainment in. They had lots of activities going on. Then occasionally, they would take the bus for something fun to do; we even went up to the casino nearby. At Christmas they also do a tour like they would go to the park, and in the summer there was a big band concert every week. I would recommend it. I thought the staff was their best feature. They had a very caring staff.

My brother is in here. It is his choice, and also the choice of his daughter. His room is adequate and very nice. He has enough room to go around with his power chair, and the bathroom is very accessible. He is very comfortable with it. It is also very quiet, and you have no feeling that there are other people as close by as they are. We had lunch there, and the dining room is very nice. The food is very nice, and they did a very lovely job. It is individually served, and they can select what they are going to eat each every meal. He is very happy with it. Everyone that I meet is very pleasant, very uplifting, and very supportive of the people in the facility. He enjoys that they have very good musical programs. The location is such that he can go down with his power chair to the stores nearby. He is able to park his vehicle close enough so that when his friends come by, they can easily take him out and take him on a ride in his car. I think he is very pleased with it.
