I moved to the Country Club At Woodland Hills. This is a nice place. They have wonderful food and wonderful staff and it's very cozy. So I'm glad I chose it. They have a lot of outings. We went to a Japanese restaurant yesterday. They have activities here all the time, like bingo. The list is endless of stuff they do around here activity-wise, very active community. I'm very comfortable. They have one bedroom and two bedrooms. They're nice rooms. The staff are all so friendly and caring, and they go way out of their way to take care of you. They have a chef here to die for. She's very creative and changes the menu every day. Never have the same thing, and it's quality food. It's great. As for the value, it's very good for the price.

I toured Country Club At Woodland Hills. The staff were very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable of the area. They showed the space well. One of the things is that we viewed it around the Christmas season, and it had a homey kind of feel to it. The food was very good. The other staff who encountered us all greeted us by name. They came up and greeted us by name, and 'I'm so-and-so and this is what I do,' and so they were very prepared to meet us, were very attentive, and answered our questions. On the downside, the facility is decades old. But it didn't feel institutional. It felt more personal and homey. Some of the hallways were on a slant. From one section to another area, you had to walk up on a slanted area. I was just thinking, for me, that's not a problem, but for a 90-year-old or someone with a wheelchair, that would be a problem. They had done the best with it that they could, but the building was a little tired.

I've moved into Country Club at Woodland Hills. It's very nice. It's clean. The food is good. They got cornhole, poker, an exercise room, and they play cards and dominoes. They have a van to doctors' appointments, tours, and different activities. My apartment is nice-sized and clean. The staff is very nice. Everything's good.

I chose to live here at Country Club At Woodland Hills because of the price, what it looks like, and the people are very friendly. It's very nice inside. The people are very pleasant. I like the dining room and the fact that there's a menu. You don't have to order exactly what's on for dinner that night. You can order things off the menu. It's like a restaurant in that respect. I'm on the third floor though and it's a long walk to the elevator and then a long walk to my room, but they are very efficient and you just have to call and ask them to do something and it gets done the next day. There's a bunch of activities. I haven't yet done that. They had a new members meeting yesterday morning to go over everything with us and then with the activity director, and that was very pleasant. I think after I've been here a while, I would be able to do more things, but so far I haven't done too much because I'm physically handicapped and I have been pretty tired with all this move and stuff. I know for today they have devotions at 9:00, and then at 9:30, they have a better balance. At 10:15, they have chair exercises. At 10:30, they have trivia. At 1:00, they have games galore and bridge. At 3:00, they have happy hour and they have entertainment, food, and wine. They also have Wii bowling and Oktoberfest tomorrow with music, food, and things. Then on Sundays, for instance, which is one another thing that was very, very appealing to me, is they will take you to church. Like last Sunday, they took me to church, walked me to the door to open it for me, and picked me up. So, I'm pleased with that because, on weekends, my kids are out of town, so they wouldn't be able to pick me up or bring me home (they usually bring me home). Then they have a choir here and they have what they call cardio drumming, which sounds very interesting to me. I would like to try to do that. That's on Wednesday afternoon. I couldn't find any place that I could afford, other than this.

We recently moved my mother into CCWH from living alone at home, and the world is now a brighter place for Mom and a relief for family to know that she can enjoy her life without the stress and burden of maintaining a safe home alone. Mom comments repeatedly about how friendly and helpful the residents are, and appreciates the healthy meals and convenience of dining in or taking meals back to her room. Our family loves the convenience of visiting her in her room or commons area, and the fact that Millenium Health Care services are on premises and available if Mom gets "down in her back" and temporarily needs some additional assistance or therapy on-site. We love the location and size of the facility, which is updated, clean, gated and in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are larger and more comfortable than those of other newer facilities in Tulsa and Mom can easily drive less than a mile to reach all her medical, banking and shopping destinations, and return to a securely gated and covered reserved parking spot. Mom's tour and move were facilitated by Jennifer, Amy and Sabrina, who did a wonderful job assessing and providing for Mom's needs and desires. You know the old adage, " If Moma ain't happy, no one is happy!" Well, Mom is very happy with her new apartment and new friends, and the family is very happy as well. Thank you directors and staff of Country Club Woodland Hills!

On our first visit to the Country Club At Woodland Hills, everybody was very friendly. They invited us to lunch and the food was wonderful. I have observed that the people seemed very happy to live there. So, everyone seemed very at ease and at home. They had to replace the floors on the cottage my mother will be staying in, because the gentleman had just moved out, so they did that, painted it, and did a lot of updating. So, it was very nice. They have some exercise classes, art classes, knitting groups, and quite a few functions. They had a lady that came in and did the hair and nails, there's a pool, a game room, and some different spaces where they play cards and do things like that.

I'm going to move into Country Club at Woodland Hills. I have a cousin that lives there, and she's been there a couple of times. It seemed to be livelier. The people were quite friendly, and the hostesses and directors were happy laughing people. The building itself was very nice. The pool and patio were nice. They have about 30 cottages across the street. I'm in a big house, and I can't see myself going into an apartment. I'm looking at cottages and the one that I really wanted is coming available. I'm working with another director (not the main one), but she is very accommodating and very friendly. We had lunch there. We met the chef. He came in about four different times and was quite a character, and that's what we like. The food was good.

I really liked the Country Club At Woodland Hills. I would have encouraged my dad to go there, but they didn't allow pets for their "residential care" -- that's what they call their assisted living -- and that was important to my dad. The facility was also not on a lower level. The rooms for that level of care were on the second floor. One salesperson pointed out that by Oklahoma law, they have to have a fire drill once a month, and that could really be problematic on the second floor if you had people with mobility issues. She said, "Oh, well you just kind of slide down the stairs," and I just couldn't picture my dad sliding down stairs. I didn't like that idea. It's an older community, and their rooms had a bathtub where you have to step over to get in. They weren't high, though, but I didn't think that was a good idea.

I'm living in Country Club at Woodland Hills. I'm very happy here. The people are very friendly and there are lots of activities. If things get back to normal, it would be easier to meet people and get around and join in the activities. I'm very satisfied. Meals are included and they're very good. There's weekly housekeeping and they do your laundry, your sheets and your towels once a week. There are lots of activities. They've taken great care in safety measures because of the pandemic. The staff is all very helpful and friendly. Anything that needs to be done, they're pretty quick about getting it done. The rooms here are bigger. I have a coat closet, linen closet, and bedroom closet. There's plenty of storage here. We have a pool here and a fitness center.

Country Club at Woodland Hills is very nice. My room is very comfortable. It's a large two-bedroom, and it has a back patio where I can sit outside and read. There's a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a full car garage. The staff is very good and very attentive. The dining area is closed right now because of the pandemic. They have movies, card games, and snacks. They show a lot of movies about places that you could travel to.

My wife and I toured six moderate /high price Senior retirement facilities in the Tulsa area. Each program and employed staff had similar but distinctly different characteristics. For us the standout was Country Club at Woodland Hills. The staff, facilities, food and financial aspects were most opportune.

This was an excellent property for the 12 or13 years our mother was living here. At her age of 99, we had to move her out of their because: 1) Since the new owners bought this place spring or summer of 2018, mice are everywhere, at least on the 2nd floor of the assisted living side. Mice feces were under her couch cushions, in kitchen drawers and cabinets and we were told mice could be seen in the hallway running to and from apartments on the 2nd floor of the North side of this bldg. 2) they began construction in the winter (???) months on the assisted living side and had our mom's apartment torn up for over 3 months with furniture pulled out from the wall, plastic on the windows most of the time and when it wasn't, the draft made her apartment very cold. We live in Colorado and they knew it so guess they felt no one would know how she was being treated. When we surprised them a month ago, the work on the window was finished and furnishings were back in place the very next day. This was happening to a 99 year old person as they were spending money right and left on carpet, paint, new light fixtures, etc. to make it look good so they can sell their empty rooms. 3) since the new owners took over, many of the staff were either let go or quit. TheCNAs taking care of our mom were very good but we observed many of them working double shifts. 4) We were told about 30 people moved out between December and March. We arrived March 20 and found the deplorable conditions and knew we had to move her immediately That was difficult for her at 99 after living there for 13 years.

I lived in the cottages but had friends in the apartments. At first, I loved it. The cottages are spacious and perfect in size for your first "downsize." The staff was wonderful and the food was mostly good. But over time (we lived there more than three years), the services and food declined. The homes are old (80s) and were not maintained as needed. The carpets are thin. I could feel the concrete under the rug. The wood outside was rotting in places. We had some mold in the bathroom and they painted over it. The whole time I lived there, I had respiratory problems. After I moved out, they went away, other than seasonal allergies. The food is bland, boring, and often very "budget" minded - like eggs or pancakes for dinner. Activities were typical for places like this: Card playing, Bingo, chair exercises, puzzles, and music for the 80's crowd. Transportation was provided for dr. appts and trips to local stores, etc. Most of the staff who were there when we first moved in had left by time we moved out. The place was sold to new owners in 2017, but we did not see any improvement while we were there. So we finally moved out. It was one of the lower priced retirement homes in Tulsa, but they have since raised their rates to be more in line with others in the area. However, they did not improve the services to go along with the price increase. I do not recommend it.

Country Club of Woodland Hills has gorgeous flowers surrounding their facilities, which helps cheer the people up. They have a courtyard and a swimming pool. They have flowers all year round. The place is clean and the rooms have a lot of light. She has a little porch she can go out on and sit on. The food is average. It's like cafeteria food. The food is fresh, but there's not enough variety. They have new staff members and they went up 5% in their prices. She moved in there over a year ago. The activity director is a sweetheart. They have a wonderful musician that comes in and they have parties, like social hour every Friday. If I was retired, I would live here.

We are very pleased with Country Club of Woodland Hills. The staff is great and it has a really nice setting. Mom's apartment is clean, spacious, and nice. They have a lot of activities like Scrabble, going out to different stores, and restaurants, Bible studies, Bingo, and book clubs.

I liked Country Club of Woodland Hills best of all the ones I saw, and I have seen lots of them. I liked it best because it looks bigger. It was older, but it was bigger. I do not like the cramped spaces that they have; the apartments in them are so tiny. Even though it was an old community, it was very clean. It is in a neighborhood, not on a busy street; it has outside space, and it is larger. The activity rooms were larger, and everything about it was bigger because it was built when everybody was building bigger; the newer ones that I’ve seen have all been smaller.

My tour at Country Club of Woodland Hills was OK. The rooms were pretty spacious, but the dining rooms were small. They had a salad bar that was nice and had fresh fruit. They had a lot of activities, including outside amenities, like an outdoor swimming pool and grills. They also had full kitchens in each apartment.

I have chosen Country Club of Woodland Hills, and I am scheduled to move in next month. I could get a cottage versus an actual apartment, so I am not going to have lots of noise. I have a full kitchen, and I can come and go as I want. There is a 1-car garage, so I don’t have to be concerned with my car being out in the elements. They have activities which I am not involved in yet, but I am looking forward. They already asked me about dates for scheduling a newcomer’s lunch to meet people in the community and to find out more about the activities they have and what might work for me. I am looking forward to moving in. The staff was really good, and they were welcoming to my friends. They have a swimming pool, which none of the other communities had, so it is more for active people, and that is what I need. I am going from working full-time to being retired, so I need activities to help me with the transition. They have a calendar and lots of activities, so I can be as active as I want.

Country Club of Woodland Hills kind of ruined all the others. It was fantastic -- the cottage, the garage, the rooms, the meals, the kitchen, the pool -- and it had a big backyard and a little patio. It had all kinds of activities going on. Everyone that we had contact with was just really nice. The wait staff in the eating area was absolutely great. It was a fabulous place. They were very helpful. We had a wonderful lunch. They had a shuttle thing, and they would take you from the cottages to the main area for eating and stuff like that. It was just great. I couldn’t ask for anything else.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. My mom had lived in the independent living for several years now and has loved it. They maintain the grounds wonderfully! This place was built years ago but it's hard to tell cause they keep it maintained beautifully. The staff here is amazing and cares about each and every resident. They have lots to do to entertain the residents also. You will feel safe and secure having your loved ones live here!

Country Club of Woodland Hills is a very nice facility. It's a whole ball of wax -- all the meals, everything is furnished and big apartments. They had a very nice dining room. The staff had been there a long time with not a lot of turnover. It is very well maintained. They go on trips to the casino and museums. They have a lot of activities going on everyday. It comes highly recommended. I know people that live there, they're happy with it, and this one is more convenient for me.

County Club of Woodland Hills doesn’t seem to have much turnover of the staff, and all of the people really impressed me. They are more friendly. They don’t have a advanced care facility so people are either independent or assisted living. My father-in-law is in the assisted living part. Everyone likes the food. They have some games, cards, pool, dominos, movie night, and they have a church service on Sunday. He played pool, he plays dominos, and I think they have some small trips like they go out for dinner. The sanitation is good, it’s clean, and it’s a little older, but it’s very well-maintained. The rooms are much bigger than most of the assisted living areas. The staff knows most of the people there. They know who you are, they call you by name, and they seemed to be open with pleasing you and getting whatever you need. They make his life easier which is I guess the way it should be. The only thing that I would have any concern about is that if he has a decline in his health, he may need more care that will be unavailable there.

Out of all the assisted livings i have visited, country club is one of a kind i have seen. My aunt is been there for 13 years now and she has never complained of anything. the clients make their menu, order what they like, and they are served exactly what they wanted. they are allowed to have their own pet, plant their kind of flowers, and are allowed to visit one another. They are never lonely. They are always taken out either for lunch, movies, or shopping. They are as happy as the ones at home. My aunt always tells me that she would rather be there than home because she is always happy. they make appointment for their hair almost every two weeks, and their laundry is not far away from their rooms. A home care should be made just like home as country club is.
