I recently put my father into Countrywood's Memory Care. Michael Hunter, the Executive Director and Tiffany, their Assisted Living Director, came to my dad's home to evaluate him. Tiffany did the actual evaluation, she treated my father with dignity, respect and kindness. She could tell he was having a difficult time. He knew he should know the answers to her questions - he told her he was slipping - she comforted him, telling him he wasn't the only one. She was so sweet to him. I have found Countrywood to be a wonderful place. I am so thankful to Tammy from Russell Murray Hospice, she met me at the nursing home that first day, making it so much easier to get my dad to get out of my vehicle and into his room. Everyone at Countrywood was compassionate, accommodating, skilled and extremely competent, they got us fixed up with everything else we needed. The apartments are clean, spacious, light and comfortable with adjoining bathrooms for easy access. My dad's apartment had a twin size bed, dressor with mirror, two recliners, a wardrobe and a television with stand. We had Russell Murray Hospice bring in a hospital bed for my dad - the exceptionally kind maintenance man, James, removed the other bed so we would have more room, we also brought our own television so he removed the other tv as well. Michael, has kept checking on us to see if there is anything we need, he's been so supportive and welcoming. Bobby Jo, the Office Manager, has always steered me in the direction of the person I needed to speak with. It's nice to be treated like family. I finally got everything moved in just like my dad wanted - James even hung family pictures on the wall to make it more like home. The rest of the staff all introduced themselves and told me if there was anything at all my father needed - please let them know; the nurse's aides, Stephanie from activities and fun stuff, Carrie from the kitchen, and the CMA. It's been a couple months now and it has been such a relief - having my dad somewhere where my whole family can get a break. I wish now we had done it much sooner, he misses home sometimes - but overall - he is very happy. He has companionship of people his own age to visit with - after he lost my mother, he had a hard time making new friends. All my dad's visitors come out saying he has a giant smile on his face - in my book - that is a amazing endorsement!! I wish everywhere put as much into customer service as Countrywood does, if they did - the world would be a much happier place. My dad now has the sweetest lady friend who gives him the companionship he was missing. I love everything about Countrywood - Micheal is an awesome Executive Director! I would highly recommend Countrywood to anyone looking to place a loved one in an memory care home in Kingfisher - it is the perfect place!

Countrywood Assisted Living and Memory Care was a very nice place. I saw everybody enjoying the food in the dining area. The rooms were very nice and they were redoing the one that they offer. It's an old facility. The staff seemed pretty good.

My parents will be moving into Countrywood. It seemed like a good place. The staff seemed very helpful and friendly, which is important to me. The place was clean, and the food was very good.

Countrywood was a nice place. The people were nice too. They have everything that you would need either for assisted living or nursing home. It was a nice clean facility. Everybody was really good, very nice, and helpful. It was a very good atmosphere. They have all kinds of activities daily, and they have a monthly activity sheet that would tell you everyday what was going on and what you could do.

My Grandfather and Grandmother have been residents for a few years here and I have always found the facilities to be well kept, and the staff to be caring and friendly. The common areas are always clean and tidy and very homey. My Grandparents have never had any big complaints about anything. Before living here my Grandmother was in a nursing home and refused to eat, upon moving her health and appetite improved steadily. I am always impressed with the care the employees take to make sure my family and me are comfortable and don't need a thing. They converse with us and provided us with anything that we may need. I would highly suggest this facility to other families, and I am sure rest of my family would agree.
