My mother-in-law is at Touchmark at Coffee Creek. It's lovely and well-kept. The grounds are well-kept. The care is excellent. It's clean. Staffing is always an issue, but they seem to retain their employees for a good amount of time. They have Bible study, church, exercise class, puzzles, and cards. There are speakers and people they bring in to entertain. My mother-in-law has been on the bus. She would go to outside activities, the doctors, and stuff. That's all been working out well. With regards to the food, it is very good. She has no complaints. It is well-kept. Things are kept safe, and things are picked up. If leaves are blown in, they get picked up pretty quickly through the doors and stuff. They're putting up a new retaining wall in the front. You can tell that they're putting some of the money back into the facilities and hopefully taking care of their staff because that's how you keep them longer.

Touchmark at Coffee Creek seemed like a bright and happy place. The woman that I met named Susan was super helpful. She had all kinds of information for me. I was able to tour one of the apartments and walk through the entire facility. The community looked fairly well-kept. They were in the middle of changing the carpet out and readying the room that I was seeing for the next occupant. What stood out to me is that their dishwasher was raised. So, when you open the dishwasher, you're not having to reach down to the floor to empty it.

My mom will be moving into Touchmark at Coffee Creek in May. I needed one that had independent living but also had memory care, which she may need later on. They had the most activities of any of the other ones I visited. It was also the most expensive, which was probably why it seemed to be the best. The place was very nice and modern. It was just very clean, well-organized, and well-kept up. The staff was very nice, very friendly, and good to follow up with.

Everything at Touchmark at Coffee Creek was gorgeous, but it was high dollar. It was the most expensive of all of them that I saw, but you did not have to buy in to get in. It was just fee-for-service. I saw a two-bedroom and it was fully furnished. It was very, very nice. They even had the dishwasher up on a little stand, so you didn't have to lean so far over. They thought of everything. It had a fully furnished kitchen. They did not have a washer and dryer in the apartment. The washer and dryer were down the hall. Other than that, everything was just really, really super nice. They had an exercise room with all of the equipment. It's very nicely furnished. They had a full room of people, men, and women, doing exercises. It was a class, and I thought that would be something I could enjoy. This is an independent living, but they also have assisted living, and it's in the same building. Assisted living and independent living use the same dining room, and it's restaurant type. The staff was very pleasant. She was a lot younger than the others I saw. It was just too far from my daughter, and it was too high a dollar. There was no buy-in, but the two-bedroom that I needed started at $7200 a month. My budget could not meet that. Other than that, it would have been a perfect choice.

Touchmark at Coffee Creek has independent living houses and apartments for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. So far, all of the people I have met have been very nice and helpful. They have activities every day too. The people I met there told me that the food is wonderful.

My mother was at Touchmark at Coffee Creek. I was happy overall with the care that she was receiving. However, it became cost-prohibitive. The staff was very caring. Overall, I was happy with them. However, I did have an issue with the dental care. We had a lot of change in staff members at a certain period and there was a lapse in my mother's dental care, which unfortunately caused us quite a few unnecessary bills. However, as far as the quality of care, I felt it was good overall. The people were very friendly, too. My mother had a private room and a private bathroom. They had a fair amount of activities. They had church services on Sundays, and they did a lot of arts and crafts. However, they didn't get them outside as much as I would have liked.

I was impressed with Touchmark At Coffee Creek. I have a friend in the memory care unit. They don't have skilled nursing. It has assisted living that's set up apartment style with a dining facility. Their bus takes them everywhere, even to the senior center for those who want to participate in the senior center activities. It's a much brighter facility than most. The paint, open windows, and skylight open up the space and it has a cheerier feel. Most everybody there is mobile, you don't see very many wheelchairs. There were a lot of walkers, but it's more apartment style. It is a church-related facility. They have church services or devotions on Thursday afternoons and it's very well attended. The food was very good. From the little interaction I've had with the staff, they seemed to be very supportive and caring.

I was there at Touchmark at Coffee Creek for independent. It was super. It was the best one I've been in. The facilities were lovely. The food was bad, but the ambience was gorgeous. The price was high, which why I had to leave. If I had to go into assisted living, it really would have repleted my finances rapidly. Touchmark at Coffee Creek was the best in terms of welcoming newcomers and making sure they get involved with people. It was just a very accepting population, and the ambience in terms of that was excellent. They did have very good outdoor activities. They would take you to good places, to the museums, to casinos, to outdoor movies, and to various shopping areas. They have a beauty salon, and a game room. They have a big chest there with all kinds of Chinese checkers. They also allow dogs. The apartments were lovely, and most of them had a good-sized balcony. The bathrooms were quite lovely too.

Touchmark was very nice and clean looking, and everybody in there seemed to be happy. Some were reading, some walking around, and I saw people walking their dog. At the front entrance, they have a container of water with fruits; it’s a very pleasant place. Everybody was really nice. The grounds looks pretty nice; they have a little more grass and sceneries. It's a larger community.

I have moved my parents into Touchmark at Coffee Creek. It’s all very nice, and everybody seems happy and very friendly. There was nothing wrong with the other places; it’s just that this was more suited for them. My mom is only recovering from a broken hip, so she’s just done a little bit like Bingo and some chair exercises, and gotten her hair done a couple of times and a pedicure. My stepdad can’t see very well, so he hasn’t really participated in anything. I’ve eaten there several times, and the food is very good. The dining room is very nice. They have 2 different areas -- one is a bigger dining room area, but they eat in the smaller one because it’s quieter. There’s been a few things regarding communication, but I’ve been really happy with them.

We visited Touchmark. We looked at it because it was the closest to my cousin's daughters, so it made it handier for them, but it was just too expensive. The facility was wonderful though. The lady that showed us around sat and ate lunch with us. Food and dining area was excellent. They showed us a one-bedroom and a studio, and they were very nice. The studio was a decent size too. Also I noticed that the residents were sitting and visiting with each other. There was an area that they said that they gather to watch the local professional basketball team play, and they had an activity room with exercise equipments. It was very nice.

We visited Touchmark at Coffee Creek. The rooms were all fine, and the people that live there all seemed to be busy doing their own thing. There were no people chatting or hanging out in the game area or the entry area. My father did like that they have an agreement with the YMCA that has a huge pool. It's right down the street, and they do have an agreement with them to bring their residents once a week to their pool to swim for a certain time, and then they bring them back again. He would have to join the Y, of course. They had fitness rooms and varying levels of different classes that were offered. It was a new facility, as well. I have several friends from church that live there, and they don't do a lot of the group activities.

I visited Touchmark at Coffee Creek. We knew several people who were there. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. I just think that the people were really nice and I think they would take good care of the parents there. They have activities and exercise. They have all the amenities you could want. It was clean and homey.

My mother is in assisted living and my father is in memory care at Touch Mark at Coffee Creek Retirement Community. It looked like the highest quality, the cleanest, and the most professional facility that we could find. The staff is very caring, very accommodating, and we are very happy with them. We looked at places all over town, and they have the biggest and nicest apartments. The food is good.

Touchmark has a resort atmosphere. I like that they offer different levels of care there. Their resident seemed to be very active and involved. Also because Touchmark has lectures that they open to the community, I think that gives the residents great accountability. I went to a fashion show there and their residents were very well dressed, men and women. They're still using their walkers but the whole mindset was very vibrant. I also went into see a video that they have on travelling, it wasn't as fancy as an affair, but again their residents were active, perky, and very much engaged. For activities, they did have lectures and people coming in, they also have games, beauty shop, etc. They pretty much have everything that others have. The staff was wonderful. They were very competent and well equipped. Their rooms were nice. I think they predominantly had a one-and-a-half bedroom at the time with a balcony. They also have studios. The food was incredible. I would rate this facility very high in all regards. I think they're fabulous. It's just out of my mom's price range.

My mother has been a resident there for almost 2 1/2 years. First in the assisted living and now in an independent living apt. The staff is top notch and they have multiple activities for her to participate in each day. When she first visited the facility I know she was so surprised. It was not the "nursing home" atmosphere I new she was expecting and had resigned herself to. It's more like a 4 star hotel. As several health care professionals who have evaluated her during the last 2+years told me "this is one of the good ones where you would want your parents to be"

I've visited Touchmark at Coffee Creek and it was absolutely topnotch beautiful. It was like going to a four-star hotel. However, it was way too expensive and you would really have to be wealthy to be staying there.

The grounds of Touchmark are absolutely beautiful. When you enter the community it is like entering a hotel with a concierge to direct you where you need to go. The staff and residents are very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful restuarant that provides a menu and excellent service. They also have a coffee shop where you can pick up something very light. I love their auditorium where they show movies and have trainings for staff. I appreciate the staff in their memory care unit as they provide person centered care to each resident. They also believe in getting to know each resident's history. I believe it is one of the better aging communities in Oklahoma.
