We moved to The Waterford at Levis Commons. We're enjoying it quite a bit. There are lots of activities every day. The food has been really good, and the help has been wonderful. The place has a very nice dining room. It's got a workout room. It's got a craft room and a card room. There are lots of different rooms for all the activities. The inside of that place is very well-designed, and the furniture is very nice, the hallways and everything are really clean. They have what they call hybrid rooms where you can have an assisted living and an independent living in the same room, and that's where we are.

I toured The Waterford at Levis Commons. The apartment that I want is labeled as independent and assisted living, so when I get to the point where I need assisted living, I don't have to move. I can just stay in the same apartment. The rooms were small. The one I'm looking at is 800 square-foot, and it is a good size. It's kind of dated, but it's not bad. I really don't have anything bad to say. It's all fixed up nice the way it should be. The tour experience was very good. The activities director was the one who showed us around because the director was off, and she did a really good job. And it looked like she had a good rapport with the residents, which means nobody is really unhappy there.

When we walked into The Waterford at Levis Commons, we were there and nobody asked us what we were doing, so the security was not good there. We were told they don't have a memory care facility right there. They're working on one and they may have one later in the year. We had an appointment and we had trouble finding somebody. We talked to a lady who was in a wheelchair, and we helped her get in the elevator and stuff, and she was just complaining about the place, and the wheels got stuck in the elevator. There were a lot of complaints. With regards to meals, they only eat and serve at certain times, and you have to go down to the one cafeteria, and that was closed, too. We finally got a staff member to help us, and she was very nice, but it wasn't a regular office person. If you're able to go around on your own like independent assisted living, that won't be a bad place. But other than that, if you needed any kind of special care or something, I wouldn't recommend that.

I met with a wonderful lady at The Waterford at Levis Commons named Lexi and our tour was very pleasurable. Everything was exceptional. They have different events for the residents. They have a restaurant-style eating facility instead of a cafeteria. They have a workout room, a therapy room, and a beauty salon where they offer full services. My mother would love to get her hands and feet done. When I looked at the rooms, they were very well laid out to the point where I didn't feel that she would be cramped in any kind of situation. Also, they just recently changed their format where if she's going to go in for independent living and in the event that she needs assisted living, she doesn't have to leave her apartment. They now have converted that program to the people that are independent. They could offer the services right there in her apartment. I thought that was exceptional. The staff was very accommodating and everybody seemed to be courteous to each other. They knew each other. Every time there was somebody we met, Lexi knew their first names. So, that was very heartwarming for me. They gave us a complimentary lunch ticket not just for me and my mom, but for as many people as we wanted to, and they would make reservations for us in the pub. Their pub is fantastic, too! They have a wine tasting there, they do karaoke, and they do so much for them to keep them feeling great about themselves. I just toured it yesterday, so I didn't get a chance to eat the food, but we are going to do that. They have elevators to get you to different levels. They just remodeled the restaurant. They're getting new flooring in the common areas as well as the areas that lead to their room. They're putting down white paneling floors. It's going to be gorgeous. So, they are keeping stuff updated.

The Waterford at Levis Commons was a long way from where our kids are. I didn't care for that, but I guess it's all right. The staff was OK and friendly enough. The rooms were of adequate size. They had different activities that people do. The price was OK. Their laundry and housekeeping were done every two weeks, which is all right. They had meals every day for everybody. My wife likes to do her own cooking. So, you wouldn't want to have meals as part of the rent, but I think the rent rates there were decent.

The Waterford at Levis Commons would fit mom's needs with independent living and hopefully, her future needs that she could age in place. It was very clean and everything was updated. They're very kind and gave a lot of information. Justin was awesome. He was very patient and took his time and showed us what was available. He was very detailed. Everything available seemed very nice. There's a courtyard, a salon, an exercise area, and activities that they provide that you can attend.

The tour I had at The Waterford at Levis Commons was great. I met with Justin and he gave me a tour. I got to see four or five different room setups. He showed me the dining hall and all the different facilities that they have there for the residents. It was very good. I was very happy with the way the place was set up. Justin was very professional, very personable, and he knew everything. He answered lots of questions for me. I feel like I know more about the whole process now that I've spoken to him. I would give him very high marks. They have one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments. Some of the two-bedroom apartments have balconies, which is very nice. They have two different dining areas, one for mostly independent living, and then they have an assisted living dining area as well. The menus looked wonderful. They have at least two libraries and then they have game rooms and a banquet room in case a resident wants to have a party with a few people. They also had a nice little gathering place that had an outdoor patio and a bar, so they can even have a cocktail for happy hour once or twice a week. It was very nice. The building seemed easy to understand. It's not a confusing layout. Everything's in a C formation, so it's easy for older people to navigate the shape of it. There's not a lot of confusing hallways or anything.

I really liked The Waterford at Levis Commons. When we toured them, they seemed to have a lot of activities and the apartments were nice. The residents were playing cards and having fun. They had two dining rooms where you sit down and you place your order. The staff that we met was wonderful.

The Waterford at Levis Commons was excellent. My mother enjoyed it. She thought it was a wonderful place. She liked the way it looked and smelled and all the people were. She interacted with some of the residents and enjoyed it very much. So far, so good. Mom liked the apartments that had the dens and the patios out there and the balconies. She liked the big windows, so there was plenty of natural light in the apartment. There was plenty of storage space and closets. She was very pleased with the setup. We saw a room with a balcony and we saw one without a balcony, but my mom likes the outdoors, so she is leaning towards the one with the balcony, but the other rooms are just as good. If they don't have a den on them, they have a longer front room. Either room she would end up with, she would like. They offer two meals a day and their dining room is beautiful. It's not like a cafeteria. You can go in and you sit down, and they come and take your order and bring you your food. Mom thought that was wonderful. Their library is beautiful with the books they have there, and they have wi-fi. They have a beautiful exercise room and they've got some new equipment so that they can keep their strength up. They have a bus that takes them places. They go on outings, go to different places to eat, to the movies, and to shop. The mailboxes are inside and they're accessible. She just enjoyed the whole tour and everything they had to offer her as far as the amenities. She liked that they check on them every day to make sure that their day started OK. The staff during the tour was wonderful, very personable, informative, and fun. She did a wonderful job with us.

The Waterford at Levis Commons was very nice, well-kept, and clean. They had ample parking for those residents that have cars. The grounds were neat. The receptionist at the front desk was very kind and very knowledgeable. The director was very nice and answered all our questions. We saw some residents either using the library or some of the common areas to read. We got to see the dining area, and it wasn't at capacity, but there were a lot of residents eating at the time. The rooms were clean and tidy. It was enough room for one occupant. It has amenities like a washer and dryer and a big walk-in closet. Some safety measures were taken in the living room and the bedroom with a pull cord for an emergency.

The Waterford at Levis Commons was awesome. The people were very friendly. It was a nice facility, it was large enough that you didn't feel like everybody knew your business, but it was small enough to know that my mother-in-law was going to be taken care of. We really were leaning toward the place until she decided to do something else. It would have been great. It's almost like living in your own apartment. You have your living room, small kitchen, and a bedroom. We saw their independent living and the staff that assisted us was very nice and very knowledgeable. The dining area was nice but I didn't like it as much as the one in the other place we visited. The thing that I didn't like about it was that it didn't have a few meals where you could pick if you didn't want what was on the menu for the day. The other place was more like a restaurant. You walk in and choose what you want out of like seven or eight items. In Waterford, the menu is set ahead of time, the other place was more like a restaurant. They had a library, a salon where you could get your hair done, and they had a nice garden area.

I did an in-person tour of The Waterford in Perrysburg. It was very informative, very pleasant, and overall, it was a good experience. The staff was pleasant, informative, and helpful. We got to see the rooms, and we walked around, so we also got to see the activities. We got to see the little pub where they have cocktail hours. We saw the dining facility and the library. I think we saw everything that we could have. The rooms we saw were very spacious and clean. For activities, they have exercise, bocce-ball competitions, some movies, and cocktail hours.

I have been a resident at Waterford for just shy of two years. I was in a wheel chair and it had become necessary consider assisted-living sites. Through in-room and on-site therapy and through independent work, I am now approaching independent care status. This pandemic has affected all of us, but with careful planning and scheduling adjustments, our management team and staff have kept us healthy with limited inconvenience. As a diabetic, I monitor my own diet (no diabetic menu), but I have no complaints on food. Activities are available for individuals (reading, games, puzzles) and/or small groups (crafts, bingo, Bible study). In, short, at Waterford, I am content.

We chose The Waterford at Levis Commons for my father because I live in Perrysburg, so it's close. It seemed like a very nice facility and everybody's friendly, but until my father gets there, I'm not gonna really know. It's clean, well kept, it's about 15 years old, and it's visually pleasing.

The Waterford at Levis Commons is a nice place. The room that we saw there looks nice, and my first impression of the place was that it's pretty nice and we liked it. The staff who assisted us during the tour was nice and professional, she gave us the right info. I saw that they also had a music room.

I visited The Waterford at Levis Commons. The building was well kept, maintained, and clean. The demonstration rooms were well kept. The staff knew what they were talking about and were well versed with what they had. The surroundings looked good and were well taken care of. They have community rooms. The dining area looked like a restaurant, was welcoming, clean, and set up well.

My mother stayed in assisted living at The Waterford at Levis Commons for a month. It's very good, and it's a beautiful place. The dining room is beautiful. They took good care of her and were very good at helping us with whatever we needed. My mom had a 1-bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette. She also had a bedroom, living room, and a big walk-in closet. They had Bingo, church services, played cards, and my mom had a manicure one time and she liked that. They had a hair salon, exercise room, and two dining rooms. They also had people who came in to entertain. The meals were good and my mom seemed to like it.

My mother was a resident of this facility for a year and a half. Overall the quality of care declined from the day she moved in. Quality of food is bad for every meal. The quality of care was worse. The aids are under paid and it shows. Staff doesn’t communicate, doesn’t show up half the time and generally doesn’t care what kind of care they give. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. Too many stories of bad or inadequate care that my mother received while living there. The actual facility itself is fine just not the people working there.

I visited The Waterford at Levis Commons. The size of the apartments to the cost is nowhere near the other place. I didn't have a chance for food and I only met one staff member. We walked by the dining area and the rooms were all fairly comparable. There's one activity room. We went to a 2-bedroom unit and was comparing that to what my parents currently have and there's basically no comparison to the price, but the facility looked very nice. They have independent living and there's another part that is assisted living.

We were at The Waterford at Levis Commons in the evening. They have a big activity room that was full of people playing bingo. There is a piano out in the front area. There is a little den area where there are books that they could read, or residents could relax in this place. We saw a small café area which is available. One thing that I did like at The Waterford is that they have a room for family visiting from out of town that is available that they could stay at, so I thought that was a nice addition to their services. The rooms that we saw seemed spacious, very nice, and clean. The people seemed very happy. They have a lot of activities. They took the residents to in the area also.

The Waterford at Levis Commons' staff, rooms, and facility were very nice. The dining room was restaurant-style. The atmosphere was very nice and upbeat. They mentioned that they had different activities that happen throughout the month. It's very nice and had a homey feeling.

The Waterford was a really nice, beautiful place. The woman that gave us a tour was really nice. The rooms were really bright and had big windows. They were more like little apartments. They had a big dining room with individual tables with table cloths. The whole place was beautiful and close to a shopping area where you could walk along from store to store. They had transportation available to doctors' visits and trips. They had areas where they could play games, put puzzles together, and watch TV. They had a library, too. It was nice. I would live there. Their price was the most reasonable.

The Waterford at Levis Commons is a really nice place. The staff is friendly and helpful. My father seems to be enjoying it there. He's making acquaintances and seems OK. They have all the levels of care from independent to assisted to memory. As for the activities, they read, play games, do artwork, and interact with other people. Dad has his own bedroom with his own furniture.

Waterford is very upscale and very private. It's also very close to upscale shopping centers. The building and grounds are well-kept. It's very expensive and nice. I had a quick tour. I didn't have a formal time to come in for a tour. I asked about their respite program.

We checked out The Waterford. The staff was very nice. It seemed just as pretty as the other place. It wasn't Catholic in its orientation. My in-laws were really looking for a place that was Catholic in its orientation. Other than that, it seemed like a very nice place. I actually preferred it over the other place. The dining area was very nice. They had a menu that you could choose from, rather than having a fixed menu. They have a private dining area that would accommodate our entire family if we're going to have like Thanksgiving dinner or Christmas dinner with my in-laws. Also the price was more reasonable.

The experince that my family has had at The Waterford at Levis Commons has been really great. We have been treated like dear friends and my dad has been treated like an honored member of the family. The community is beautiful and the apartments have many ammenities that we couldn't find elsewhere. ButIit is so much more. From the moment we walked in we were greated with smiles from the staff and the other residents. We all feel lucky to have found such a wonderful community for my dad and our family. We all feel at home at The Waterford at Levis Commons.

My Mother lives at The Waterford at Levis Commons and loves it! She is so happy with her apartment and the loctaion at Levis Commons that it is hard for me to express how much she has enjoyed the community. She enjoys the staff and states that she is always treated with great care and respect. I enjoy visiting my mother as I can get some of my shopping done easily at the Town Center and my mother enjoys going with me. The community staff has always been delightful and the management is some of the best that I have ever seen. I'm so pleased that we found The Waterford at Levis Commons for my mother!
