I have had several family members come to Arlingto for a short rehabilitation stay. They were all treated well and got great therapy. The activities are great and they have other games and such when there are no activities going on. The food is pretty good, and I love the little diner. The rehab rooms are also very nice. Oh and there is wifi everywhere you go.

My loved one just came home she has lost over 40 pounds (that’s around ten pounds a week) due too them not giving her the nutrition shakes that are part of her doctors treatment plan. I called and told their nutritionist that she was ordered to drink ensure with every meal by her oncologist the day after she got there! Mind you she was only There for rehab. They tried to keep her there three times as Long as suggested by the hospital after surgery For a broken arm adding things like speech therapy without consulting Her poa when all she wanted was to come home. Supposed to be outpatient surgery which is not their fault there but they acted like they were taking her on permanently and were only cooperative with us when we would get upset with them and point things out like the poa we have that they tried to get us to sign away We literally had phone silence for a week before we were able to reach our loved one Place is a good place to send your loved ones to die if your ready to not see them till their final moments That being said the nursing staff is pleasant and helpful in every way it’s the communication and Bureaucracy of the facility itself that is the problem Especially if your loved one is stubborn and doesn’t communicate well Activities are limited and activities staff has been diverted to aid work understaffing issues The coordinator had to set up a FaceTime for us with our loved one herself and they offer this service to everyone .

I stayed in Arlington Care Center for rehab for several weeks. The place was clean and looked nice, and the therapy was great. In terms of food, they sometimes messed up my order, but they were willing to fix it. They also provided activities for the residents even when I couldnt participate. They have arts and crafts, and so on.

Not happy at all with the way my family member was treated. My family member had a joint replacement and was there for rehab. I felt she was neglected. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed, and patient to staff ratio was very large. It just seemed like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. I am extremely unhappy with the care my family member received. We will not return in the future at next joint replacement surgery and I would not recommend this facility.

The rooms at Arlington Care Center were nice and clean. The residents could go outside but it was a parking lot, there was no area with grass and trees where they could sit around. I also liked that they bring the residents on outings. However, I did not think they did background check on the people who worked there. I would suggest they do more background checks. Nonetheless, I would recommend this facility if they made sure the staff have been checked.

The Nursing home was clean, the staff was friendly. My mother's stay was comfortable. The staff was attentive, but I am somewhat concerned that the was not a good staff the patient ratio. While visting my mother no one checked on her, this could be because they did not want to disturb the family and although my mothers condition was serious she had no breathing or other problems that needed to be continuosly monitored. The nursing home was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking and the parking lot was well lit. The rooms were of a good size and allowed for several visitors. The Nursing home is located in a good area, and seems to be relativly secure. I did not however see a security guard, and in this day and age a security guard may be a good idea at this facility. One added benefit of this Facility is that It is just several minutes to the local hospital. If your loved one would have a serious medical emergancy getting them to the hospital quickly from this facility should not be a concern.
