My mother was at MR for 2 weeks. We have never experienced such a lack of skilled nursing care prior! While a few truly tried, admin all the way to the director of nursing continued to "address" concerns of complete neglect at meeting my Mother's basic daily needs, while continually telling us and my mother that it was all her fault and her imagination that she was left in a shower, told to drink more water for chest pains, etc.. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone at this time. ESPECIALLY without an advocate to oversee their basic needs!!!!

Had a loved one in this facility a few years back and it was a very nice place... But now A very mixed bag. Some staff are attentive and do the work while others do not. Don't count on the social workers to give you the information you need. One was really good and the other not so much. Evening assistance is poor at best. Even if a superior tells you that something will be done... Don't count on it, keep an eye on things. I do not think the right hand knows what the left hand is doing!!!
