I'm at Bennington Glen right now but they're closing down the assisted living for assisted living Medicaid waiver people. They sold the facility and the ones buying it do not accept Medicaid waiver. I've been here for 4 years now. It's a very nice place to be and I'm very comfortable here. They have a nice assisted living facility. I hate having to leave but I guess they got to do what they got to do, too. The place is becoming outdated and the pay's not that good. We are losing a lot of our good people because they have to go somewhere else to get better pay. They also serve a lot of food that I just don't care for but I have my own stove so I can do my own cooking. They have different activities. They play bingo and they play a lot of games but I don't participate in a lot of that. Everybody here likes to play bingo, though. The activities director does a very good job. I can say that she's very good at what she does. Once a month they take each section out. One week it's the skilled nursing side and the next week they take out the assisted living side. We all get to go shopping and we even go on some tours. We're pretty much one big happy family here. Everybody knows everybody and that's another reason I hate to leave. I know everybody and all the nurses, whether they're on the skilled nursing side or my side of the facility.
