The facilities are clean and organized. The staff treated my dad incredibly well and went above and beyond, in my opinion (one example was singing to him at night to help him fall asleep!). My dad enjoyed the home-cooked food, and meal time seemed more like a family dining affair than a typical senior living cafeteria style meal. I recommend OSL for sure!

Optimized Senior Living Lebanon had availability, and I went in there, took a look at a room, and walked around the kitchen, and they had a little community center there. It was alright. They had a nurse practitioner on call 24/7, a few nurses on staff, and nurses' aides. It seemed pretty nice, but it was kind of expensive. They gave me a booklet. It gave me all the information and it is very helpful and very thorough. What I saw was a one-bedroom apartment. Mom had everything she needed to live in that apartment. They had a 24/7 kitchen that she could go in, get something, and make something. They had a little rec place where they played games, watched TV, or played piano. The two things I didn't like were the $3500 nonrefundable deposit, but they say that that's used for when a person leaves, they have to paint and repair patches and anything on the wall. Plus the $7500 they require you for a couple of months' rent upfront. They had everything. It's just expensive. They didn't have actual doctors. They had a nurse practitioner 24/7 on call. There were some things that I liked a lot and there were some other things I didn't like as much. They come in once a month and do your hair and massage and stuff like that. Everything was well taken care of.

I recently called and spoke with the most sweetest and kindest woman. Vicki . I called to inquire about the memory care unit for my dad. The following day, she called me back with new information she had just received from a networking breakfast. Not knowing me, or my family Situation, she raised questions at this event on my behalf. She quickly shared very useful information within hours of herself receiving it. I can’t say enough good things about Vicki. Anyone working with her will be in amazing hands. She’s a walking Angel.

I’m so glad we chose Optimized to care for our mother. Can’t say enough about the staff. They treat her like family and honestly I feel like extended family as well. Staff is always attentive to the residents. Staff keeps the residents busy with different activities and celebrate everything. I would like to see more food variety but also understand they are catering to a variety, no one is going hungry. The facility is always clean.

Rooms were clean and well kept. As my loved one declined, adjustments were made to give her more help with feeding and care. Julie and Dee were very helpful with problem solving to meet my loved ones changing needs.

This place was wonderful for my mom!! Her room and surrounding were so homelike and pleasant. The staff was so caring, supportive and helpful. We moved mom here from another place and it was the best thing we did.

Rooms were exceptionally clean (with a personal touch and family pictures) and I knew my grandma was in good hands. It never felt like she was in a senior living center because the daily activities, the level of care and the meals felt like a family gathering. I would highly recommend OSL to anyone looking

Interactions with Staff have been great especially with this tall gentleman. I cannot remember his name but he treated me and my family with grace and kindness when we were there having a small get together.

I visited this place and this is as close to being at home as I could hope to find for my Mom. The small size ensures that she would not get lost in a crowd. The bedroom is very close to what she has here in our house and bathroom access is a bonus. Jodi's positive and honest attitude was a pleasant change from other facilities we have looked at.

I give them five stars for their hard work and dedication to their residents. Always going above and beyond. Management does an exceptional job running the facility. Staff is friendly, facility is clean, and a very welcoming atmosphere every time.

I recently toured this faculty with my family in hopes of placing our loved one in a few months. Was very impressed with the facility. Loved how open it was and how the rooms were far enough away from the common areas for a more quieter atmosphere. The staff was so kind. They were friendly and watching them interact with other members you could tell how much they cared. Just left feeling very satisfied with the facility and all they have to offer.

My mom is at Optimized Senior Living. She has been there for six months now. It's small, and that has been helpful for my mom. The staff members are pretty good, it just depends on who the aide is at the time. They have some organizational things that they need to take care of, and they don't have very good communication, so that's kind of been a downside right now. Sometimes I see them doing bingo or coloring. They have somebody that comes in twice a week to do some exercise, but I think they could have more activity for the people. The TV is always on, and I don't consider that an activity. The food leaves a bit to be desired. They use a lot of frozen food. They don't home cook their meals very often. One day it was like just canned soup, and that's all they had for dinner. To me, that's not a balanced meal. Their food really could improve. One of the things that I noticed with the places that I visited they have a hired housekeeper and Optimized had one when we first moved there, and now they don't have one, so they rely on the aides to do it, but it just doesn't get done like a deep clean. It just doesn't seem to get done as often as it needs to. They have a fixed price, so the price that you agreed on is the price that it will be forever. It seems like they are having staff turnover and I know they let go two people that were in the higher up of the staff.

I liked Optimized Senior Living a lot. We were ready to sign up, but the rooms were smaller and we were expected to be within the community a lot, and dad's not really community oriented. They said they could take care of a person until end-of-life. It was built around a big central living area with individual rooms off the living area. It had a huge big kitchen place where they prepare the meals right there, and they were preparing pot roast which smelled wonderful while we were there. The food was great and homemade, but we were not able to try it because it wasn't ready yet, we got there the wrong time. The staff was really friendly, but it struck me that for 10 rooms there was only 2 people on duty. And those 2 people were preparing the food. It struck me that they might be understaffed. But they were really warm and caring. I could have totally signed myself up for that place, it seemed very homey. The building itself was new and gorgeous.
