So I have a sister that is considered an adult child. I come to see her this evening after work and I am told that her caregiver is Marilyn and when I have to walk her to the restroom I pull down her diaper and she has feces and is soaked all the way thru. This is ridiculous!! She is also supposed to be on a low carb diet because of her gaining 21 lbs. in a month and she has BURNT pizza and breadsticks on her plate!!!! I have asked for a food diary and nobody knows what I am talking about! Please if you can research other places!! All I want is to enjoy my sister instead of taking care of what the others should be doing!!

they kept my sister doped up to the point she did not know my husband and I...all she was able to do is sleep and pee the bed--then her expensive robe that was in her room came up missing...took us a week to get the drugs out of her system when we got her home..BEWARE ALL>

The staff was always really nice and seemed to treat the residents well and respectively. It had an open yard, always something going on for the residents to be envolved with if they want.

The facility was really nice. It was well kept and very clean. The staff did a good job getting to call lights most of the time. It seemed like there weren't enough aides as there should have been. The managers didn't seem to care for the residents as much as they should have. Everyone was really nice at the facility. The activities staff seemed to be very busy. They had the activity calendar posted outside the activity room. Each day the residents had the option to attend at least 5 activities. The dietary department had good cooks. However, the food didn't always get to the residents as fast as it should have. The kitchen always had several choices for each meal. There was always multiple different items such as cottage cheese, or mashed potatoes, different soups and sometimes grilled cheeses for substitutes that the residents could get at any day for lunch or dinner. Overall, the facility was a nice place.
