It's situated near a number of health care facilities such as Acute Care and Family Practice, Hillsboro Health Center and Adena Family Medicine. Despite its proximity to downtown, views from the porch include nearby farms and a scenic pond. 

Crestwood Nursing Center is a nursing and rehabilitation center. Its skilled nursing service includes IV therapy including antibiotics, wound care, hospice and palliative care, respite stays and pain management. Long-term care is offered and includes assistance with bathing and dressing. The community provides daily housekeeping and laundry services and access to an emergency call system. Additional amenities include the on-site lab, dentist, podiatry service, psychiatry and psychologist services. 

Residents have access to a diverse life enrichment program and complimentary access to the internet. There is also an on-site gym and physical therapy room, barber and salon.
