Mom is at Rittenhouse Village Gahanna. The atmosphere is nice and clean. The dining area is set up like a restaurant-style. They take their orders of what you want and bring it to your table. Everybody's nice and pleasant there (both the workers and the residents). They make you feel welcomed. The housekeepers keep the facility clean. The dining area is good. Some of the food is good and some of it is not. The room my mom is in is small and she's not too happy with that because I think she has a lot of stuff that she thinks she does, but there's nowhere to put everything. They give them a safety necklace or bracelet, but I think they should have at least one or two nurses on site in case an accident occurs and they need immediate help before the squad is there or whatever, because somebody could easily fall or seriously hurt themself and needs immediate attention instead of having to wait.

Rittenhouse Village Gahanna was clean and big. The staff was really nice and very informative. I like the way the units are. They were clean. The people there were very accommodating. It was a nice place. They can accommodate you according to what your needs are, which is good. It's in a nice area, and it's quiet. They showed me a studio and a one-bedroom apartment. You get a refrigerator, but there's no stove in there. They have a dining area downstairs. If you're not feeling well, they deliver your food to you. They give you a life alert. If you fall or something like that, you can always push the button, and help will be on the way for you. I thought that was good. I was impressed. You have to have your own furniture. They give you a refrigerator, but it doesn't come furnished. You have to have your own bed and things like that. You can fix it up any way you want, whatever makes you comfortable. There's a lot of closet space.

My brother has moved into Rittenhouse Village Gahanna. He has been there for a little while now. We liked it and it's convenient to where we live. It's good. The room is very nice. The staff are good. Activities seem to be daily. They have a spa and a barber shop. It's expensive.

My mom is moving into here at the end of the month. We were just there a couple of days ago to drop off a bed. We picked it because it's very close to us, it's less than ten minutes from me. We like all the programs that they have to keep the people busy. I sent her information from several places I've gone, and that's the one she picked. They have lots of activities, they provide three meals a day, the room seemed nice and clean, they just redid all the carpeting in the entire community and the hallways. It's been updated and it seemed very nice. The sales staff people that took me on the tour were very pleasant. There was easy access to everything, there was laundry on every floor, they didn't have to go anywhere for that. There's a beauty salon on the floor that my mom's chosen.

We'll chose here for my parents. It's independent living, but they'll have in-home care coming in a few times a week. First off, Jenna (the sales gal), was amaazing. She's an excellent communicator, and showed us around the property twice. One time I took my dad and his wife, and she answered any and all questions. We share the same birthday, so that was kind of the cherry on top. It's a beautiful facility. It really sounds like the folks there are very social. They get together and watch football games, play poker, or just watch TV. The laundry is right across the hall, which was kind of a perk on an end unit. He can come and go as he pleases, once he's able to drive. I think they have it all: the gym, the salon, and really everything that they were looking for.

We had a great tour. They showed me the facilities, where my mom would be living, and where she can go to get some exercise if she were to live there. My mom is an avid chef, and the one thing that they really assured me was that they have a big kitchen that she would be able to utilize to make dishes, so that was nice. Tom was very helpful during the tour. He's the one who showed us around and gave us a great overview of the property. He did a wonderful job. The facilities were very clean, the staff was very cordial, and even now with the whole COVID thing, they do a good job of keeping people safe out there. We had to sign in, and then they took our temperature. It was a bit of a slow process, but it's because of what they're doing. When you're working with elderly people, you have to be more cautious. They also did a great job, especially for the amount of money that you have to pay. They're not asking for a big sum of money, but it's a better environment and a good property, and I would definitely recommend it. When my husband and I went there, they were doing some remodeling, but even with all of the remodeling, the residents were talking about the facility being good.

I really liked it. The atmosphere was very nice. The staff member who showed us around was very pleasant and gave us details about the place. The apartments and the dining area were very pleasant and roomy. They have a gym, a library, a van that will take them places, a game room, an activity calendar, and a place where if you want something to eat like hard boiled eggs, a donut, or milk you can get them all day long. They're putting down new carpet, changing everything around, and getting new furniture.

It has been pretty positive so far in the six weeks that I have been here. The atmosphere is good and most of the people is pretty friendly. There are a lot of activities if you're interested in doing them. They have a bus service to take your doctor's or dentist's appointments, or to shopping. The food is fairly decent and the quality has been pretty good. The room I'm in right now is perfect for me. It's a small studio but I don't need a lot of space. I have a little kitchen area, dining room area, and a bedroom area. There's also a full bath with a handicap shower. For me it's a perfect size. The three-story building has elevators from one floor to the next. The staff has been fairly helpful and they do a good job considering what they have to do. I'm pretty pleased with the facilities. I like to work out and they have an exercise room. They also have a chapel where they conduct services throughout the week, so if you're a religious person that's available to you.

I went and it was very nice, they were accommodating, but it was too independent for my dad. The staff was very good, very helpful, very accommodating, did a lot of follow up, and came in on a weekend and gave me a tour. The dining area seemed fine, it was very nice, and there was an event at that time in the activity room.

It would have been a perfect fit for my sister-in-law. We found a 1-bedroom that she just loved. They allow you to smoke in your apartment, which is unheard of and very rare. Their food was very good and excellent, and they have a chef on staff. It was nice and close to one of our relatives. They have washer and dryers on each floor, housekeeping changes the bed linens and bathroom linens, and they clean and put them back on. They have a full schedule of activities planned, and they have a pool table, a library, and snacks available. The room itself was really cute, and almost every room was different, with maybe ten different types of blueprints going on. They're an older facility, but everything looked great and they keep up on everything. The staff was very friendly and concerned about what we wanted. They even had a welcoming committee of residents that actually sat and ate lunch with us. It was a very welcoming place.

It is clean and the people seem very friendly. There's a good community there. They do movie nights, they take them on trips to the zoo and the theater, they take them shopping, they play cards, they play bingo, they bring in performers, and they do special events like picnics and things like that. The apartments are great. My dad's room is spacious. They have different floor plans. He has a bedroom with a separate living room and a balcony. They offer three meals a day. There's a free laundry facility on-site and they offer housekeeping. You can set up a van to take you to the doctor. The food is pretty good.

My wife and I were here. It was OK. The staff was very good, but the food was only OK. They had a small library, a workout room, and a movie facility.

The room was really nice and spacious for a senior apartment, and it was easy for my mom to get around. I think my mom would really enjoy being part of a group within the Bingo room and in the gathering room where they eat. It seems like a really nice place. The staff was really nice, accommodating, helpful, and answered all my questions. It's clean, and they seem to care a lot about the residents. It would be an amazing place for my mom to stay.

The rooms were very nice, clean, and spacious. I liked it. The activities were very good, and the people were very friendly. The dining area was very pleasant, and the food was excellent. The one thing that I did not like about it was that they did not have a nurse on staff.

I toured and I liked it, but the woman that toured me around was really pushy and that turned me off of the place. The facility was really nice, and I liked it. I liked where the room was located. They had a library and a lot of activities

My friend has moved in. It is fine and has everything she needs. Her room is fine. The staff is friendly. The dining area looks very nice and clean, and the tables look pretty. However, she doesn't like the food and thinks it's terrible.

It was very nice, but if you wanted assisted living, you have to hire an outside company to help your loved one because they did not have their own assistance. They had very nice apartments, but they're very rigid in their meal plans -- if you didn't show up for breakfast at 8:30, then you didn't have breakfast.

The room that I saw was small but had a door that opened directly outside to the patio and had a really nice bathroom. There was a nice dining room and grounds. I saw a calendar full of activities. They had a library and a beauty parlor.

It had an activity director and lovely dining facilities and accommodations. They covered everything. They had wonderful, involved staff and very manicured grounds, in a lovely setting. It’s a lovely facility.

It is fabulous. It is very clean, and they're probably the nicest caring people I've ever met. My mom-in-law's apartment is very spacious and very clean. They have somebody come and clean it once a week. They really go above and beyond to make sure their residents are comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone. She's been to a couple of concerts and I think there's bingo. They really do offer a lot of activities. I thought the food was really great and had really nice service, too.

I visited and the people were very nice, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their services. The studio rooms were extremely small. I couldn't even imagine living in one; it's that small. There is a salon but no gym.

It seemed very nice, and clean. The studio apartment was small, but other than that, it looked like it would be a nice place to stay. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful. He explained some things I could do.

It was excellent. If I had to rank them from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest, they would be nothing but 5. The rooms were exceptional. I did not see many activities going on, because it was during lunchtime. The dining room was clean. Everybody was sitting and anticipating lunch.

I visited currently here in Ohio. It was a very nice place. You can have a car and pets, which is unusual. The rooms were excellent. They have activities where you can play games. The staff was very nice. If I wanted a place, I would live there.

The tour we had was very good. The food was good. I liked all the activities they offered. They have bingo and religious services on Sunday. They showed us a couple of different rooms. One of them seemed to really meet my needs at the time. The grounds are well kept. But we decided not to go. I already felt better, and I think I can handle my own home.

My mother has been in here since October. My first impression of it was that it was very clean and neat. Also we thought that this facility would work out well for my mother. It's close to where we live. It's very new. Everything is very nice. My mother has a one-bedroom unit and it's just fine for her. The dining room is very nice; it looks like a restaurant. Also the food is very good. The staff's work ethic seems to be very good. They have a calendar of free events. For activities, there's cards, bingo, games, etc. They have church services and they have people come in and sing and do different things. They have a bus that takes people onto the community for appointments or shopping.

It was my sister who picked here for mom. She liked it because they had extra help that my mom needed. It's a very nice facility. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about it. The staff are very helpful and very polite. They are also kind and when mom is in need of things they are willing to help her out. Their rooms are very nice. Most of the rooms have the view of the outside so that's very nice too. I have eaten there and they have different menu choices and the food is very good. They have a very large and open dining room with a piano in it wherein they also have entertainment in there. It has enough tables were the residents can socialize with others. They have an exercise room, a library which is very nice, and they also have different places outside where you can gather and just relax and enjoy the outdoors.

I'm looking for an independent living facility and I visited. I enjoyed my visit there very much. I liked this one. The environment was very nice and pleasant. The vibe that I got from this visit was the feeling that this is going to be cool place to live. It was kind of like I'm going on a cruise. The rooms seemed to be all one-bedroom apartments. I also had lunch in this facility and it was a nice meal. The staff was nice. I got a lot of literature from them about their activities and they all seemed very nice.

I have chosen here for myself. I would probably be moving in this facility not until next year. I like the place because it is very open and airy. They do have apartments with terraces, but unfortunately they overlook the parking lot. They did not have a full kitchen in their apartments, which was disappointing. I would like that available to me even though I probably would not use it. However, you don't need to cook for yourself when you live here because it offers three meals a day. I also did try eating there and the food was very good. They were served restaurant-style. There is also a wide choice of food in their menu. The residents there were very friendly. They also have a schedule full of activities. They have trips to various places that the residents had chosen, like movies and places like the zoo. They offer transportation services free of charge. What I like about this facility is that if I needed assisted living, I don't need to move to another facility.

It is a nice, clean facility and my parents are comfortable there. They have a one-bedroom apartment which is very small with a refrigerator, a sink and a microwave. They do not care for the food. It's an active environment with a lot things and outdoor actvities if you choose to go. They could improve on the food.
