Gateway Manor is an apartment complex. They have some activities and they can provide transportation to go grocery shopping. Other than the long walk to get to my apartment, I haven't had any problem. They have a community room where they have bingo, and while I was waiting to get my internet on my TV, they were kind enough to let my watch the TV in there, so I was happy about that. It fits my budget, it's a nice enough place, and I like that the utilities are included in the rent. The owner allows the people to have satellite dishes here. I get my internet and my satellite, so I'm a happy guy. Housekeeping comes in once a month. They don't really serve the meals here anymore, but they bring them in if you're signed up for meals. The cleanliness is fine. I wish they have some sort of workout room though.

Gateway Manor is practical and it makes sense. It's what I needed. No frills, nothing. It's a safe and nice-sized place. The staff was very kind and very professional. It was what I was looking for and it appealed to me. The accommodation was like a regular apartment. They have one- and two-bedroom places. Just like a regular apartment, you bring your own stuff. I didn't want a long tour. The staff showed me what I wanted to see, but she was very kind and very accommodating.

The place is small and overrated. The manager hides behind a friendly facade. Presently there are no activities. Building under renovation. There's a lot of smoking. Lots of people sitting and standing around the building. Foul smelling that could be related to a number of things.

My husband and I visited the facility for potential tenancy of a 2BD 2BA apartment March 2020. We were greeted warmly by Cindy. When viewing the model, I began planning how our furniture would be arranged in my head! Cindy provided documentation for completion and suggested we bring back January 2020 . At that time she may have a better idea of availabilty in March 2020. My husband and I discussed and decided "this is the place for us"! A month after the viewing, I telephoned Cindy to ask if we could view model again...I wanted to take measurements. She was happy to accommodate us! Cindy gets A+ with respect to customer service. My husband can't wait to become residents of Gateway!

Gateway Manor was excellent. The place was very clean and easily accessible. The staff members were great. They're very friendly. The apartments were very spacious. There is a patio in the back, a recreation room on each floor, and a family space where you can have gathering. I think it is very affordable. I would most definitely recommend them.

I signed up with Gateway Manor because they have 2-bedroom that was open. They have three buildings. The one I chose is a senior apartment complex so they don't provide food. The person who showed us around was a regular nice person, and explained to me how people live there and how they utilize the amenities. The place was quiet and clean, and when you pass by the residents smile or nod, so it seems to be a place where you'd have good neighbors. There are laundry rooms on each floor, although I can also choose to get one for my own apartment because a lot of people also do that. They have day trips for the residents, they have one group that likes to garden, and they also have a patio where they do cookouts. The only thing that held me back was that there was no personal outdoor space.

I visited Gateway Manor, and everything was fine. The rooms were nice and clean but small. The people were very friendly. It was OK to me.
